I reported it and they sent replacement. My neighbor brought original watch to me that fed ex delivered wrong. I called and canceled replacement watch and requested a PRICE MATCH. The agent said it might take a couple months to show up it never did. They now are refusing to give me my requested Black Friday price match.

That on top of your watch is upside down - having to turn your wrist over.

Nice but troubled

However, it is difficult to put on the wrist. She is too short fed over my hand and it is difficult for me to get the band secured.

I had to wrestle the connectors to even attach to my Ultra 2. Getting them off was even harder. Then there was the length. There’s no way this fits an 8” wrist. Without completely removing the buckle end, the looped strap woildn’t even go on over my hand. I wear a 7.5” bracelet and this barely fit. Skip this one.

Product missing in the Package.

Future Buyers, when you pick up a product even from the store please make sure its not missing in the package and its sealed. The worst customer service made me run between online agents and instore agents and neither of them take responsibility to replace the product. I gave up on this and not worth my time, future buyers make sure you are actually receiving the product in the package.

The paint is rubbing off and it doesn't have the same looping mechanism as the Apple one and even other knockoffs have so not as long as it should be so hard to get on a big hand.
