    The computer I have does not have slots for SD cards. So happy I could buy an external card reader. It works just as expected.

    Recommended best it has all the slots including the micro SD. No need to look for the lost micro SD adapter.

    I used the card reader twice. The first time to download images from an SD card. I returned this after trying to insert a compact flash card (only used it twice). The flimsy connectors inside the device bend easily, and once bent, there is no way to read a CF card.
