Q: How do I get the picture to get from my card reader to my monitor screen?
A: If you're using a pc, simply insert the memory card into one of the slot of the memory card reader, then connect it to pc or mac. On a PC, windows explorer should recognize the memory card and will make it available as a drive, and you can choose you preferred photo editor or viewer to view the photos. At this point, you can choose to copy the files on the memory card to your desire folder. There are photo software like FREE GOOGLE PICASA that can detect the memory card reader and download all of your photos to your computer folder (e.g. picture folder). On a MAC, you can use the build in iPhoto app. to import all of the photos to its database.
Q: Does this work with windows 7?
A: Yes it does. It works with Windows OS from XP to 8.1.
Q: will take the photos from computer and trans fer to card
A: This Card reader will allow files to be transferred from a computer to a card and back.
Q: Will this work with an imac?
A: Yes, this model is compatible with iMac.
Q: will this restore deleted msgs and photos from my samsnug phone
A: No, you will need software to try and bring back those files. And you still maynot get those files back, with free or professional software. I don't think there will be a way to get messages back, but with software like Recuva you might get the pictures back.
Q: Does it work on Windows 8.1 computers?
A: Yes, this product is compatible with Windows 8.1 OS.
Q: I tried the answer to another user's question, and the drive is still not showing up on my computer
A: The main thing I can think of is to make sure the label is face down. That is the main issue we seem to see. Another thing is to ensure the card type is supported by our card reader and your OS. I would also recommend trying different USB ports on your computer. If none of these work, then please call us at 877-467-4289 so we can do real time assistance.
