    Doesn't work 90% of the time. I ended up trashing this one. Would not connect, when it did it would not read cards. 1 out of 10 tries and it worked, wasn't any faster than my older card reader...definately missed the mark on this one :)

    Device stopped working after one month's use.

    I bought this device originally in June 2019. It stopped working after two month's use. I returned the device for a new one per the warranty on the device. The new device failed after one month's use. I'm currently looking for a more reliable device.

    Constant "errors"...

    SD card functions continually caused read/write errors. No matter what card is used. All cards that "failed" in this were tested in other devices and proven to be OK. Thankfully no data corruption occurred but constant errors with even the simplest and smallest of data copying.

    terrible design. it erased 1 year's worth of work. I even called headquarters and got rejected without an explanation. On top of that, they are wanting to charge me for the damage it did to my business not cool.

    Doesn't work. Bought this to transfer files from my Sony A7Rii to my new Alienware Aurora R11 PC. It keeps getting an error trying to transfer files and 9/10 times freezes and closes when simply trying to view files.

    Only works temporarily. Stopped working after used 2 times. Will only blink and never connect to computer. Tried 3 computers and same issue.

    Works for a while, then usb connection on the reader side stops working after a few months. I've purchased 3 in less than two years always on emergency basis...

    loose connections. doesnt always recognize cards. Had to put alot of effort into tricking it into reading the card. way too much work for the fast paced work we do

    Product doesn't work after 3 weeks of use. I have purchased 3 of these within the last year. This seems to be a continued trend. The prongs bend so easily and then it's useless.

    Faulty connector

    Used five times in three years. On attempt number six, the connector for the cable literally fell into the reader, rendering it completely useless.

    Might have gotten a bad unit but it will only read a few cards that I have. When it does work its just like the rest of them. Inexpensive so you get what you pay for

    Item requires 2 USB connections, not one. Bought the drive to play Blu-ray Discs on an Apple. Needed to purchase other software to get it to work and was unable to get that done. Useless.

    the drive itself might be good, but it was listed online as being able to read CFast 2.0, and alas it doesn't. a unnecessary trip to BB to buy it and then back to return it. bummer.
