Son in law just built me a new desktop computer, but didn't have a SDHD card reader. I purchased this one and it works, and may be faster than the one that was built into my old laptop.

The Insignia USB 3.0 memory card reader has been convenient for me since I use both memory card and micro memory cards for photography. Being able to access both sizes simultaneously has been great. Also, my computer's memory card reader was located on the bottom of my monitor, so it was sometimes a hassle to move my keyboard and all the junk that I usually had placed in the way of the port. It also came with a long USB cord so it was super convenient to have the reader right beside my keyboard/mouse.

never had a problem with it so far. Takes and reads all 3 cards at the same time instead of downloading 1 and waiting, taking it out, and inserting a different one. So it speeds up the process.

Excellent memory card reader. I had to get it in order to read an exfat formatted card bc windows 7 pro didn’t like it for whatever reason. I gave my daughter one too.

This card reader is nice to have. It reads all the cards that I use. I could not be more happier. Comes ready to be plugged into your computer. No software to load. I recommend this item.

Works like a charm. Besides using it for our family memory cards for pictures. It works great for using image writing and reading programs for single board computers like raspberry pi.

I love that it has a USB cord to fit onto my tiny little hub. Works great. No problems. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Fast transfer time since it is USB 3.0.

Nice card reader. Works well. I like this kind instead of the usb drive version because it sits on my desk and I don’t have to constantly get up to grab it out of my pc.

A life-saver for me. I have a reader on my home PC but I do a lot of video in the field and this little device has truly been my most needed on the road device. Love it.

This card reader is been working pretty good with me lately, because is pretty small, light and I can used to read any card of what I work with ( Compact Flash, Sd card, Micro SD card) and perfect to travel with

Works as advertised. This little gadget was very useful when we tried to transfer our dash cam videos to the computer.

I connected this card reader to my desktop and inserted a memory card. It read without any problems. I then read 3 different sized=s to CD cards again without any problems. I recommend this product.

I LOVE this little converter! I use it almost daily with work and personal usage. I do wish that it had a USB type A option on the front and connected via USB Type C to the computer but those are minor things. It works exactly how it is supposed to and impresses me with how quick it reads and writes almost daily.

Good works as intended I tried only with memory card

This USB device is a godsend. I can load my cards with this unit sitting on my desk instead of having to bend and fumble with the PC slots. I am going to buy another one or two, especially when they are on sale.

Always have this in my bag or on my desk, very fast transfer speeds, perfect with my cards. Maybe the USB cable it came with initially was a bit long, but I found a shorter one from another harddrive and it's gold.

I purchased this a while ago to use for work while taking pics and video. Works well and easy connection. I got my wife to purchase one so she could use on doing videos for workshop.

Very good Easy to use Have used it for downloading my pictures from a SD and CF cards. It works very well Am very satisified with it

Simple to use and did the trick. I plugged it into my surface pro, put the SD card in it, clicked the prompt to download the pictures and videos, and they were there.
