Works great with Mackbooks. Fast and accurate reader

The frequent use of the built in SD slot in my wife's laptop wore out the card reader built into the laptop. I picked this up for her and she was up and running in just a minute or so and I didn't have to go to the trouble of taking apart the laptop, ordering the part and putting it back together. It works perfectly!!!!

It does well with reading the memory card and small.

There is something to be said for a card reader that tucks away like a flash drive. Putting the lid back on takes a bit of getting used to. Other than that, it's plug & play, and being a USB 3.0 card reader, it is lightning-fast. What more is there to ask for!

My computer memory reader stopped working and I panic d. Went to Best Buy to purchase a whole new add on for my system. I told the sales rep what I was looking for and he suggested this usb mem reader. Not only does it work perfect, it saved me over 100 plus down time for the replacement service.

Really like the utility of this device. It enables transfer of files easily from devices into home/office computers. This is especially handy for transferring video files from drones and other devices that use mini-SD cards.

If you’re looking for a usb for extra storage and a great price this is the one to get. It did the job!

This adapter is great and is exactly what I needed to use a micro sd card with my TeslaCam. I wanted to use a micro sd instead of a regular flash drive because I needed the fast write speed to avoid corrupted files. It is super easy to use and not a hassle at all! Highly recommend!

I wish I had bought this years ago! It is incredibly handy when needing to dump contents of a memory card from any device (in my case, primarily digital cameras) or when needing to save/transfer digital videos from a home security camera system recorder's hard drive. A great convenience for a small price.

We needed a quick and easy way to take the SD card from our video camera to our daughter’ basketball coach. We simply remove it and insert into the memory card reader then her coach pops into the schools’s TV for viewing. Makes watching film of their games super simple!

Bought this because I vlog, my Youtube Channel is (Christina John -- New videos every other Sunday). I have a MacBook Pro Two thunderbolt 3 ports. I needed to get one to transfer my pictures and videos and wanted to get something that wasn't so expensive. It's small and convenient to have.

Small, handy, attached cap cumbersome, works fine but feels fragile when in USB slot and then putting in SD card n price is good

Bought this to see if my Samsung micro sdcard would fit and sure enough it did. Would recommend this to anyone who needs a good as card reader. The cheap card readers that come with the raspberry pi don’t work for Samsung sdcards for some reason.

After forced Windows update, my GoPro stopped communicating with my computer. Got this card reader and was able to transfer everything to my computer. Plug & play. Fast transfer of over 60 GB in just a few minutes. My only complaint is they don’t make a USB C version of this.

Just plug and play is all you have to do with this card reader. I even looked online and there was not much of a price difference between used new or even brands. So if you live near a best buy it is a no brainer, because who wants to wait a week for something anyway.

It's great to be able to remove my SD card from my Canon DSLR camera, & conveniently view photo images onto my personal PC. Seems very well made, good value, & works great. Thank you, BestBuy, for once again having everything I need for my PC & Canon camera.
