Q: How much memory will this hold? How many GB's ? I want to clean my laptop and start over. Will it save all my info.?

A: This is more of an adapter. You put your memory card into it. Then insert the whole thing into an USB on your computer.

Q: Can I use an SD Card reader in a Chromebook computer.? This is to review the pictures i have taken with my camera and saved in the SD Card.

A: Yes, just insert the adapter in the USB port on the Chromebook and the device shows up in Files.

Q: Can you upload files from your computer to a sd/micro sd card with a sd/micro sd reader such as this one?

A: Yes, just plug it into a USB port. It will only take one card at a time, you can’t put an SD and a MicroSD in the reader at the same time.

Q: Does this support a 128GB SD Card?

A: I have been using 128gb micro sd cards with no difficulty.

Q: Has anyone tried to use this with LINUX, or better still with a Raspberry Pi?

A: It works with Linux perfectly

Q: is the reader capable of reading both the mircosd slot and sd adapter slot at the same time or can it only read 1 slot at a time? (copy from slot1 to slot2 for example or are they both considered slot1)

A: This card reader is designed to work with only one card at the time.

Q: Will this reader be compatible with a 256gb micro sd card?

A: Yes, I am using 64,128 and 256 Gig chips. It's only for micro and full size sd cards.

Q: If I were to put my micro SD card in it and plug the USB to my Sony tv would it allow me to view my videos/pictures on the tv?

A: Definitely! Easy as pie. God for it. Works perfectly.
