    The guys at best buy were helpful in pointing me to this device. It does just what I need to download my GoPro content to my Microsoft surface laptop. That said, not too happy that the computer (which I also bought at Best Buy, can't recognize the GoPro and I must go to the added step of removing the SD card from the camera so I can put it into this device and download content onto my computer.
