    Poor WIFI setup....had it set up to go and would not properly connect to google home....then after a hour it stopped working completely. Tried every reset in manual and all wifi re boots and nothing just flashes now...poor internals, save yourself some grief and buy a good WIFI link brand like Levitor etc. ($64-69) and be done with it...will be returning this junk....

    Did the wifi reset and the hardware reset, rebooted my router. Strong wifi signal at location. Called support and they said I did everything they would suggest and that I should return the product. Maybe it's the firmware, luck of the draw if you get one that works? do you feel lucky?

    I'm returning item tomorrow for a refund i can't get the insignia connect app to connect get getting error try again later tried for 2 days I'm moving on to another brand. They need to pull these off the shelves

    Doesn't hold a candle to Wemo. Works fine for a couple of days, then starts being randomly responsive, ultimately stops responding at all after a week or so. You can re-pair with your Wi-Fi, but the cycle will just repeat.

    The hardware appears solid, but the mobile app (required) and support are garbage. Unless you like paying $40 for a decora style wall switch with no smart home features, buy something else

    This switch worked for less than 12 hours. Now I can't connect to either my phone or Alexa. $25.00 wasted. If I could give it a zero I would.
