bought this on sale for Deal of the Day and love every bit of this switch. So convenient that it works with Alexa!

Light switching smartly or via manual switch, if desired. This switch DOES require a neutral connection, in addition to normal/typical two wire connection.

While the switch itself seems well made, the communication between the device and my iPhone application is often spotty (this is with a strong Wi-Fi signal). The application is unable to find the switch, in my estimation, roughly a third of the time. Resetting the switch and reinstalling the application seems to have had no effect. I will keep a close eye out for any software updates and hope that this will address the problem.

Product did not work and Insignia's customer service was not helpful. They were not knowledgeable and often contradicted themselves or wouldn't give clear directions. Was told there was a problem with the application that controls the switch but not given any timeline. After several hours on the phone with I gave up and removed the switch to return to Best Buy.

This was not hard to install and they work well with siri and Alexa. I Plan to add more throughout my home.

Works perfectly as advertised, connects with Home Kit & Google Assistant. A little difficult to pair the device, but other than that - it's great.

I bought this item to be able to operate my house outside front and backyard lights remotely. Especially now during the winter, I can turn on the lights for my dogs while I'm still at work and it is already dark outside and also arrive at the house safely with the lights on out front. The app works fine. Every now and then it indicates the lights are on or off when they are not. I solve it by hitting the switch manually so it matches with the app.

Once you get everything registered on the not so user friendly phone app, then you are good to go. Wifi control works most of the time.

It didn’t function as expected, the app need more work to be friendly

We installed this in our office and now can just ask Alexa to turn on/off our lamp. Makes life easier!

Although the first one can be tricky to setup, once you have done one the others are quick and easy.

Have this set up with Alexa and through my Apple HomeKit. Easy to install and works perfectly.

I am purchasing some different "smart switches" to try out and will be evaluating them to decide which brand(s) I like best.

Instructions are hard to read, but was easily able to install with a you tube video. Works great

It works great and is compatible with Apple, Google, and Alexa, That's not always easy to find. If it did dimming it would be perfect.

Found out the hard way that they don't work with lights controlled by multiple switches.

It took a little time to set up, but once it was done the unit works perfectly. I use it with my Google home and have zero issues.

Works great with android phone. Connected right away. Linked to google home mini. Scheduled lights on and off with Insignia app.

I use it my google home mini and it works like a charm. IT does NOT work with 3 way lights.

It comes on when i need it to, turns off with the set time needed as well.
