Horrible product

No doubt the previous reviews are terrible as well. Select a better product (tp-link etc.) before spending more money hiring an electrician. Really sad to see Best Buy mess up customer experience by producing poor quality products.

Excellent basic smart switch

Setup was easy and it works great with Apple HomeKit and Alexa. As documented, not for 3-way installs and not a dimmer switch, but works great for what it is intended to do at a good price. I definitely recommend as an easy, inexpensive way to get started with home automation.

Worst WiFi switch.

I ended up replacing the 12 switched I bought with wemo switches because they were so bad which is unfortanate because I wanted the HomeKit compatibility. Save your money and never purchase this item.
