First I feel like I have an average size head maybe even slightly bigger than average, and this headset is too big to fit comfortably and stay on. Audio is what you would expect for the price, the cord twists and tangles too easy, but biggest issue is the fit. It gets bigger but not smaller.

Insignia mic I have purchased over 3 years. Each of them has stopped working randomly, with no prior signs of wear. I purchased the protection plan and was able to use it, but once the replacement broke I just opted for another mic altogether.
