The headband was uncomfortable. The sound would go in and out. People could hear me, but I was unable to hear them.

I purchased this headset and used it lightly for 2 weeks before it broke and stopped working - I could not hear or speak through it. I'm extremely disappointed that an item, even if it only cost $15, was such trash. I'll never buy a best buy brand Insignia product ever again.
