Don't bother with these other reviewers who didn't even bother to adjust the settings before writing their reviews. It's well worth the money. I gave this product a 4 due to over time with normal wear and tear they will crack just like the original Xbox One headset.

I actually purchased this to use on my PS4, and it works with it just fine. It also works with the newer xbox one controllers...but not the original. So be sure to recognize which one you need if you are buying a headset for the xbox one controllers. I like how it is reverse-able, which some aren't...so you can wear it on either side of your head.

Total waste of money

Brand new out of the box the speaker on this headset is a joke. There is so much static with the volume turned up that you can hardly hear anything. Best Buy should take these off the shelves. I'm incredibly disappointed they would even sell this to customers.
