My iRobot Braava Jet m6 is extremely good at cleaning my whole home. I love the way it is designed in a systematic way to complete each task thoroughly. Cleaning wood floor used to be an arduous job for me, but with the reliable app connected cleaning technology at my finger tips, my life is very relaxed.

So far I love this little robot. It was really helped with keeping the floor clean. The perfect partner paired with the iRobot. The only issue are the pads. Yes you save money using the reusable ones but getting the disposable ones when you want them is not easy. Make sure to get the single moping solution. Do not use the concentrated floor cleaner.

Can’t they do a software update to improve navigation? The iRobot Roomba s9+ has better navigation than the mop - why the difference? The M6 mop takes forever figuring out how to get away from furniture legs & even stops moving sometimes. It sounds like a labor saver but aside from not having to push a mop, you spend way more time watching to ensure no problems than it would have taken to just do it yourself.

So far so good works great on my vinyl floor and quiet!!

The Braava Jet worked really good, better than the Roomba. The downside is that it would keep getting stuck under my console table so I don't feel that the sensors work well and it has stopped working after only two years of owning it.

Purchase May 2020 and had trouble with mapping my main floor. My rug caused it to get distorted despite moving the rug to allow enough space… Didn’t even unbox it for a few months due to renovations and now I only use it in my upstairs master bedroom, hallway, and occasional the office. Worked OK in those spaces for the most part. Fast forward to 2023 and there’s a charging issue. At the recommendation of iRobot purchased a replacement battery because battery life is only expected to last three years but that didn’t fix the issue. They have suggested I use their trade in program because I’m out of warranty. Took it to geek squad for repair, hopefully.. Love my room a vac but this mop wasn’t worth the expense.

It was seemingly easy to setup, but it's had trouble getting around. Maybe I need to figure out how to train it, but after sweeping with it twice and mopping with it once, I'm not sure it's learning our floor plan so easily/well. It's given us an all of a sudden error once (we weren't even trying to use it) that it had something in the way on the dock (I think that was what it was trying to tell us), but nothing was in the way. The app didn't help me figure out the problem either. The little tank was easy to fill, but the mopping job left streaks all across our hardwood flooring. It seemed to spray often in the same areas and then moved to random other areas and hung out there. I cleared chairs and cables, and it felt like it would have just been easier to mop with a mop on my own. It did clean--the little pad proved that. Just doesn't have any pressure to it, so a few stubborn spots were left. I think we will like this better to keep our bedroom hardwood floors dusted than we'll like it for mopping.

These things are terrible! I have two i7's and one i3 covering each floor and I love these vasuums! I thought I would go the next step and try a mopping robot. Read the reviews and thought this one looks great! First off the mapping is terrible took forever and was stuck on the smallest mat you could find. Will not go over any of the floor transitions! I setup thresolds on the app and it made zero difference! As a person who has had five of these different roombas and loves them I can honestly say these m6's are true garbage !

Bought for parents. They loved it. Less work required to clean around the house.

Floors are spotless with the vacuum and the mop. Seriously the best investment we have made. Our floors look and feel amazing!!

Had it for about a month and does a great job cleaning the floors

I have used the mop less than 10 times. Currently the mop will not start. 1st I get a message to fill the tank, the tank is already full, the message clears after the tank is removed and replaced. Next I get a message that the mop is on an uneven surface, it is not. This error will not clear. I have preformed all suggested remedies but the error does not clear. I was hold the mop can not be repaired. Support said I can send the unit in and get a $75 credit that can be used to purchase a new mop. Considering the cost of this mop, I was expecting this product to last much longer than 10 uses. the mop worked very well when it worked but is useless now. If this mop is purchased one should get the longest extended warrantee possible. my experience may not be the norm but I am very unhappy with the mop. I have the iRobot vacuum also and have no problems with the performance of the vacuum.

I recently experienced an issue with my iRobot Braava Jet m6 robot mop after three years of reliable performance. Unfortunately, it has suddenly stopped charging, leaving me uncertain whether it's a charging problem or if the battery has reached the end of its lifespan. Despite all the lights on the base indicating that charging is in progress, the mop remains stationary on its base, occasionally attempting to power on with a brief display of a circling white light before shutting off again. As an avid user of various iRobot products, including vacuums and other mops, I must admit that the three-year lifespan of this particular model is disappointing. I have come to expect longevity and durability from iRobot products, making this situation somewhat unexpected. Overall, my experience with the iRobot Braava Jet m6 robot mop has been positive until this recent charging issue. I hope to find a resolution or a way to extend its lifespan, as I value the convenience and efficiency it has provided in keeping my floors clean.

Love new roomba mop. Have new wood flooring. Mop does a great job. Will buy another mop

This roomba is a mop. It doesn’t vacuum up dirt or dust like it’s counterpart roombas. It still picks up dust and hair. The first pad I used came back with a lot of stuff on it. The wet mop seems to be less effective. Again, the pad came back with some stuff on it, but it’s not very effective because the roomba can’t put a ton of pressure on the ground like a person using a mop or wet swifter. So as long as you only have very light use and messes, this should be fine. If you don’t want to mop and are happy with a subpar mop job then this does the job. Press the button and forget.

This iRobot Braava is such a great little gadget. It is so convenient, just add the solution and let it do the job for you. I love it! I no longer have to pick up a regular mop ever again. I would definitely recommend the iRobot- Braava to family and friends.

I had really high hopes for the M6 robot mop. If training mode were akin to basic training in the Army, the M6 would fail miserably. The M6 seems completely lost in our open floor plan main level of our home, which has laminate plank flooring. Did the training mode multiple times and every time the M6 will cover one area with multiple passes, but leave huge areas untouched. It ran out of cleaning solution, filled it up and it ran for around 3 hours and never did more than 1/3rd of the area. It's like the M6 is completely lost and can't cover a larger area. The M6 also leaves streaks on the floor in areas. It looks to me like a design flaw where the cleaning pad and sprayer is up front, then it runs over that and the wheels are right behind, so they run through the wet floor and leaves streaks. Maybe the pad should be in the rear behind the wheels? Anyway, we used both of the disposable wet and dry pads, plus the small bottle of cleaner included. In all honesty, I really don't think it's worth buying new pads and cleaning solution considering how poorly this performs. $500 is a lot of money for something that doesn't seem able to do what it is designed to do.
