We bought this as a bundle deal with the s9+ because its was cheaper then buying separately and thought it would be a great time saver for a big house and keep us from mopping everyday. boy were we wrong, the vacuum has already been returned for not being able to navigate over a simple area rug and constantly getting stuck. Now this piece of crap isn't even mopping! Ran around my house for 3 hours and didn't spit a single bit of cleaner out and then got stuck in a wide open space because it couldn't find its way home. We have the 900 series vacuum and haven't had a bit of trouble with it. Obviously spending more for the updated versions that "supposedly" map your house to clean better is not worth it. I will try the $250 Shark robot before i buy another piece of crap from irobot for $1000+.

I was reading a lot of reviews and everyone said pay the extra money and get this one. For the price I am not overall impressed. I have high-end vinyl "hardwood" flooring. The main reason for purchasing was to keep the floor from having smudges and me not having to mop 24/7. This did not do the trick. I think it was a flaw in design. After it is done there are streaks on the floor from the wheels of the mop. How it should have been made is have the "mop" on the back of the device and the wheels on the front. The way it is the wheels roll over a damp floor. So I had to end up mopping anyways to get the streaks out. For $500 I should have to manually fix what it was supposed to do. If you are looking for a good sweeping Swiffer-like device I will say this does work very well for that. But, I already have a Roomba vac so again for $500 it is not needed. It does have a lot of potential and I think if they just reverse the wheel placement to the front and the Mopping pad to the back it would be a perfect device.

Awesome! We love this, so convenient! I am so busy I never feel like I mop my floors enough! This is a game changer!

I have rented it from my apartment. It took 3 hours to clean my 400sqft apartment. It went on and on with the same rounds. Hits the same wall again and again.

can't recommend buying the iRobot Braava m6 robot.  They don't support it.  Mine is less than two years old and the tires are worn out and after much effort I'm lead to believe it's impossible to get replacements.  There is no time frame when or if they will be available.  They're not even listed on their web site.   They do have them in Australia iRobot website (part number 4650146 braava replacement wheel kit)  but they do not ship internationally.  They still make this robot but will not sell you wheels for it if yours wear out.  The united states needs to establish some consumer protections, if you make an electronics product you should carry basic parts for it for a period of time so we don't keep having to make these companies rich buying and throwing away products they refuse to support.  I'm embarrassed how bad their customer service is.  I called in and was forced to "troubleshoot" tires with no tread on them.  When asked for a manager I was told there are no managers.  Well that explains how their service is so bad. Their representative told me to buy them off Amazon but there are none sold there that actually fit according to the reviews.  There are tires for older models but not this one.  Used to be a big fan of their products, bought them for my family and got them started using iRobot products and they have really turned around my opinion of them as a company.   Any company that treats it's expensive products like this as disposable doesn't deserve our money.

The Bravva Jet M6, aka Polly, has been a very good investment for the new house. Works very well, especially when you give it areas to focus on versus the whole floor of the house.

This my third cleaning robot, I had an ancient Roomba and Roomba i7 for the last six months. Unfortunately, the Braava is more like my ancient Roomba than like the i7. It requires constant care and recovery, which is basically more time and work than wiping the floors by hand. It cannot pass through small thresholds, it bugs out on very dark floors, it leaks, and cannot pass over a carpet to get to other zones that need wiping. It's not worth the money unless your place is small to moderate size, hard floors only, no thresholds, and with a floor material that doesn't bug out the navigation system.

Our lightly used Braava Jet M6 worked well for 1.5 years and then wouldn’t self dock or reverse. It cleaned well and was convenient to use when it worked. We are now having to send it out for repair for $150, meaning we will have over $600 invested in it to get it working again. The repair is supposed to have a 6 month warranty, so we’ll see if we get any value from this thing. If not, I’ll have my wife pay me $600 to mop the floors once a week for 2 years.

I love this Robot Mop. I does a good job and covers all my areas. I just sit back and watch it do its job.

I just gave up and threw the thing away. Can't auto mop get lost gets stuck easier to mop the floor yourself.

Not very convenient. Slow and gets stuck. The charging station gets broken easily from the robot itself.

Worst iRobot product ever. it’s Always lost and doesnt clean efficiently. if you take a wet napkin and pass it after robot mopped, floor is still dirty. Most times it is hitting itself with furniture and gets lost easily. It doenst clean areas if floor divider is certain measurement. Mine doesnt go into the bathrooms because of that. I have the Vacuum 980 for 7 years now and not a problem, not even sure how this one passed quality. Engineers should be Fired!

Depending on the tiles you have, it would leave streaks and requires too much maintenance.

Gave it two stars because the mops functionality is great and did a better job on my wood floors than my maid service….BUT….only lasted 2 years with VERY light use. Completely fried - assume water damage because a new battery ($90!) didn’t help and nothing works except charging station. I have two roomba vacuums but I wouldn’t buy the mop again.

I really loved this little unit and have owned it for 2 years. Unfortunately it kept receiving a right-wheel error and stopped working. The app says to order the part from iRobot. I spoke to 2 people at iRobot and they do not sell any wheel units for the Braava models. It is unrepairable and they offered about $30 if I trade it in. Beware as they do not support their products.

My daughter requested this for Xmas to try and keep her floors clean from her 2 dogs and 2 kids!! I gave it to her early and she loves it.
