this product is bad. I ow 4 more regular Irobot vacums and they all work perfectely. This mop is so bad. Never ends a job with out being stuck.

This robot mop is not for me. I really wanted to like it, hoping it would make cleaning easier like my robot vacuum does. Sadly, it doesn't. It comes with 2 sweeping pads and 2 mopping pads that are not reusable. However, there are reusable pads available for purchase according to the manual. The sweeping pad picks up the dirt and rubs it across the floor. It cannot get under anything in the kitchen, i.e. refrigerator, cart, shelves, or stove. My hard floors are in the kitchen/dining area and bathroom. Average sized areas, not real large, not really small. To sweep and mop with my microfiber mop these areas takes less than half an hour, it gets under and around everything and leaves no streaks. Unfortunately, with the robot mop, it took 35 minutes to just sweep the kitchen/dining area. Parked to recharge before another 35 minutes to mop, leaving streaks behind. I didn't even bother using it in the bathroom. I've boxed it back up, it's just not for me.

Don’t. Just don’t. While it mops fine for our purposes - the software is crap. It takes days to set up/map which it then ignores. It stops working for no apparent reason. It stops on a ‘cliff’ in a one story house. Today was typical - got half way through it’s mopping schedule then returned home. Repeatedly. Took 3 reboots and 8 attempts to send it back out to complete which it never did. It’s an expensive doorstop serving little purpose at all unless you have all day to spend dealing with it. Hard pass would be my recommendation.

I extensively searched online for a robot mop and if you've done the same, you'll find this product is one of the best, if not the best. The problem is, out of all the reviews, video and written, the tests are always one in a controlled environment where there aren't real world variables like chairs, couches and dirty spots that aren't just coffee or juice. I bought it based off of those reviews but after using it i dound that my feet did not stay clean on the floor, but rather got dirtier after using the Roomba. I used it as instructed but I am not sure of its a great product after the experience I've had

The Braava leaves tire tracks everywhere. I have a combination of dark hardwood floor and lighter tile. The tire marks are obvious on the darker floor. I used the recommended amount of cleaner that came with the product. Then I tried small amount of cleaner and mostly water. Went through both wet pads. Nothing is seemed to work. . The manufacturer needs to address this issue. They need to come up with a better floor cleaner , different wheels or change the design or the location of the tires. I won't recommend this product. I am returning this mop tomorrow.

It’s really hard for the product to go over different floor levels

Completely worthless. If you want to see it wander around for hours, not spraying anything and getting lost until the battery’s dead go head and buy one literally had it for a year now it is completely worthless. Reset it to factory specs start it over everything it is worthless.

My recommendation is not to buy thi product. It works for only one year , after that start gives error saying “fill the tank and press clean” howmuch ever you fill the tank it will give error. I believe irobot team might incorporate this error. It happened to me twice.

Bought in April 2020, now it is spinning white lights, tried factory reset to no avail, so it is currently sitting on my deep freezer dead waiting for battery to discharge to try and fix this thing.

After owning the mop for 1 year it stop working becouse it got stuck on a firmware update. Spoke with iRobot they said there is nothing can be done i should purchase a new device if i dont have the BestBuy warranty. I will no longer invest in iRobot item.

I have it for 10 months , never finished the job and getting stuck for no reason , I don't know how it get five stars , very disappointed , not buying anything from irobot anymore.
