These cleaning robots are awesome! Now I just need one that cooks, so me and the wife can't sit on the couch to hibernate for winter!

Only used twice but returned because bought to use with rumba 7 and the rumba stopped working mop was excellent

My son-in-law asked me to order this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it! Said it works amazingly.

I purchased this back on 6/19 used it serval times and after much thought and evaluation it isn't worth the cost. The packing was great, the product inside was well secured. When it came to programming and having the mop map my house that's where the trouble started. Operation manual states it takes several trainings in order for the mop to figure out your house. My house isn't too big it's 1800 sq feet, one level with open floor concept. My entire house is tile with some rugs in the kitchen and living room area. With several training sessions the mapping of my house was off. It took over 7 hours to map out portions of my house and when I looked at the map I wasn't able to recognize what room or area it had mapped. I noticed certain area of my house where not even present on the map. I gave it two weeks with daily training to complete my house and three rooms where always left out of the floor plan. When it came to mopping the house it took a long time to complete a room or a main living area. The mop would go over and over the same area while leaving other areas untouched. It was frustrating watching this thing. Also if you didn't move things it would get stuck easily. If you love babysitting your robot then this item is for you. I found it easier way less expensive to mop the floor myself. I was hoping for a little help between my detailed cleans but this item was a complete was of money, time, and in my opinion the technology behind this mop isn't quite there. My wife from day one said it's worthless I gave it a little over a month and complete agree. If you have a small room only that needs to be mopped perhaps this mop robot can help but my whole house was tile maybe this could have been the issue, but then again they advertise that it mops and dusts the floor of your house.

This device had charging issues just after 1 year .This is an common issue noted with new i-robots .Customer service had me buy new battery and charging plate (cost $220) to see if it would help and it did not . The company does not stand behind their product especially when the charging issue is systematic across different new robots. Disappointed in the company poor product longevity however when the product was working it did a good job

New puppy and hardwood floors made this a perfect product to solve the problem. I have this run a few days a week along with the vacuum iRobot.

When it actually mumps it does a good job. But I think if your house is above average size and you have numerous rooms it just gets really confused and never seems to be consistent. Will sometimes do 80% of a room and the next time it does 30% of a room. Sometimes when you initially start it to go clean somewhere, it will come out a couple feet, then do a bunch of tiny circles while spraying in a spot it’s not supposed to, then go back to its docking station and says the job is done.

I can mop faster and cheaper. I also wasnt convinced my floors were cleaned well. I love the vaccuum but for this price i will mop myself.

The iRobot Brava is a great product and fully connects along with the other system accessories.

Who likes to mop their floor, not me!! I don’t put the cleaner because my cats don’t move out of the way, so I just got water and it works great!!

When it works great butSo far it has only giving me issues really wanted to work so I’m going to exchange it and see if another one does any better

I was disappointed with the functions of the IMOP- I returned, simply for the marks that it leaves on the floor, and difficult in managing the app, after spending hours with customer service ..

Nice mopping with white color and done very good job on the wood floor but little bit stricky on the tile floor but it is ok with me

I love the iRobot Braava jet. He's a great companion to Rosie our Rumba vacuum. It was on sale at a great price. Would definitely buy again.

It worked well for a little bit. It stopped working after less than a year though. Had to try another product.

Works amazing on my hardwiod floors and saves us tons of work to do when we get home. Definitely would recommend

Need good amount of light to run the map, can't run at night in dark. It is working ok, but I am not convinced if the cost and value ratio makes it a good buy or not.

This is my first iRobot product and it does the job as expected. I was very impressed with the accuracy of the cleaning cycles.
