This is a great cleaner for wood surfaces. Effective on harder surfaces. It obviously misses corners. Avoids falls. It takes a long time to clean, which is why i took off one star from the review.

I purchased this item but returned since it’s not efficient not intelligent even can’t return back to charging station the wheels so soft during cleaning cannot move on tiles

Horrible product, stupid like all the other robot vacuums made by this company. Cannot navigate easily, gets stuck often, and struggles docking with its home base. More trouble than it's worth. Avoid.

Battery life is less than 1.5 years and new battery costs 90$. I wouldnt have bought if i had read reviews on their parts website. My battery died 5 months after warranty. Product is good, but cant pay 90$ within 1,5 years. I have roomba which is running for 3.5 years with no issues.

It just spits water and wipes it. That’s it. It is not able to see or clean some floor marks. I still have to wipe it. I am not sold to ít cleaning capability.

This thing has only become more and more terrible with time and their aoftware updates. I tried it once before to see how it did and eh it got stuck on even low rugs now it didnt get stuck on any rugs but it still wipped far too onto a rug. It used to be able to go over the thresholds now it seems it lost understanding how to. Not sure what’s going at irobot but this mopping robot is a mess i went back to their older product that they discontinued lol.

The first thing you notice when unpacking is how heavy the m6 is. It is fully up to mopping large spaces or multiple rooms in one run, so it must have a large battery to accomplish this. With this weight, I do not see a wet floor causing a loss of traction. Then you notice is the quality and how well built this seems. Very solid, no cheap flimsy or loose parts here. Parts move freely and doors open smoothly, all parts fit together perfectly. The directions will walk you through downloading the app; both iOS and Android are available. From there you will join the m6 to your Wi-Fi network so you can control the m6 with your phone, set schedules, have your m6 map your rooms, pick which rooms to clean, get feedback, etc. Mapping the rooms eliminate the need for the barriers or virtual walls used with older models. The app offers allot of control, information and help when needed. If you have a Roomba i7, i7+, S9, or S9+, they will let the m6 know when they finish with their vacuuming so the m6 can start mopping. If you have an Amazon Echo or Google Assistant, you can just say “Braava clean the Kitchen”. Alternatively, you can go old school and just press the big Clean button on the m6 to send it on its way to clean. There are two cleaning methods available, Dry sweep and Wet mop. Two pads of each type are included as is enough cleaning concentrated to fill the tank two times. The m6 automatically adjust its cleaning cycle to the pad installed. The Dry Sweeping pads use an electrostatic to capture dirt, dust, pet hair, and other material. However, keep in mind this is not a vacuum, so this is limited to picking up what the pad will hold. It did fine with about 800 sq.ft. of wood floors. The Wet Mop pads have wicking fibers to break up a sticky mess, grime*, and kitchen grease. The unit uses its “Precision Jet Spray” to spray its cleaner on the floor. The m6 will move forward, backwards, and then forward again to go over the floor three times. The pad is fixed in place on the m6. There is no side-to-side or other motion. There is just one cleaner concentrate for all floor types. It smells pleasant and seems to work well. You pour about 2 ounces in the reservoir and fill the rest with water. Your only other choice is water. Anything else may clog or damage the pump/jet and will void your warranty. Insert the reservoir with the handle up. That is not clear in the directions. Between the pads and solution, it will cost around $1.50 each time the m6 cleans the floor. It cleaned 1.000 sq.ft. with one pad and looks like it could keep on going. Of course, your use may vary depending on how dirty your floors are. At first, I thought this seemed pricey. Then I thought, whom are you going to get to clean your floors for less than $2 each week? Mopping is not a job I enjoy doing and it takes far too much time, so I often put it off for way too long. Considering that, it is surely worth $2 to get them cleaned each week. I have no pets or small kids, so I do not usually need to clean my floors more than weekly. If you want to save on buying disposable mop pads, there are re-usable washable dry and wet pads available for the m6. I ordered a set to try. If they do not work as well, I will stick with the disposable pads and use them as a backup for when I run out of pads. As for the results, it does do a very fine job at cleaning; the floor was noticeably clean and shiny. I was very surprised that a scuffmark from a shoe was noticeably much lighter, nearly gone. My mopping last week did not do much to remove it. I suspect it will be gone with the next cleaning. Right after cleaning there were streaks on the floor. No need to panic, when I came back a few hours later they were gone. It seems that it just needed some time to fully dry. It is quiet enough to run at night downstairs. The battery life is excellent. It does my downstairs, about 1,000 Sq.Ft. without needing to return to base for a recharge, which it will do if needed. It did not seem to spray the walls or anywhere other than the floor where it should. Problems were few. The m6 cannot get up over a rounded wood strip of transition molding between two rooms. The wood floor in one room is just a bit higher than my kitchen floor. This is a temporary problem as a remodel is in the future and I will be sure to address this then. It is a bit larger than previous models. It becomes stuck by the toilet in my bathroom, so I have to close the bathroom door before it runs and do that room with a mop. Lastly, the unit had a memory error on its second run. The help screens guided me through a reset and I did not have the issue the last two times I ran it. It seems resolved. The m6 cannot move furniture, absorb big spills with its pad, or always find its way out of tight places. So maybe this will not totally replace the need for a thorough mopping every now and then. However, it does far extend the need for those manual mopping sessions, so maybe a bi-annual or seasonal mopping will be all that I need. I have tried two previous models and returned them. This is the first one I tried in over 3 years and was really surprised how far along they have come. It may not be perfect, or have the personality of Rosie on the Jetsons, but the overall performance and result far outweigh the few negatives. I have decided that this one is up to the task and worthy of keeping. After years of trying these, I can finally free myself from mopping, the guilt of not mopping, and just enjoy my space.

Love it cause im lazy. I dont have to get up and mop anymore. I just tell google to mop ny house.
