The Product is okay, but I ran into some issues with the filter and spray nozzle being clogged. its better than most robot mops, but I am not very impressed with the app or the cleaning product.

nice to have a machine do the work instead of me having to do it

After running the mop multiple times, the streaks and tire marks on our hardwood floors just got worse and worse regardless if I used the solution mixed with water or just plain water in the tank. I also tried using both the disposable mop pad and the washable mop pad to no success. I called iRobot’s technical support and they had me change the settings to different options but it didn’t fix the issue. The steaks and tire marks are still very noticeable and it has been over a week since I used the mop last. I had high hopes for this new mop but I was left very disappointed. Needless to say, I will be returning it and will wait to buy until they improve it.

This product didn't work for me, first of all is super slow, I have white ceramic and this machine was marking all my flooring, after few days I returend it. Not recommending to anyone.

The Roomba Vacuum I have is great and thought the mop would be an excellent addition. However the mapping capabilities arent as robust in the mop which means its constantly struggling with where to go - more often than not Im babysitting it. Additionally if you have any raise in your flooring (for example when it transitions from hardwood to tile) the device cant go over the lip. At this price the device just isnt worth it.

Disappointed with this product. Doesn’t clean well, bubbles clog up sprayer, and it constantly disconnects from app. Haven’t used in months. Would rerun if eligible.

Yeah if you have money to waste then sure go ahead and buy this thing! but honestly it’s not worth it they break easily and Best Buy it’s the worst place for warranties! they have to send them away for 2 to 4 weeks. so what do you do Wild they send it away? go back to buy a broom and a mop again after you pay $1000 for these things? Mine broke after six weeks of use so we are past the return time and now we have to wait to get it fix. It’s more irritating than anything else so once again if you have money to waste and a lot of patience buy one!

I wanted to love this product because I hate to mop. It worked for three times nicely then broke. The manufacturer hassled me but my son insisted they send a replacement. Their replacement was defective. Now they want me to send back the second one to be repaired. The purchase was three months ago. What a waste of money and time.

Worked for awhile and then stopped. The cleaning solution stopped coming out.

Works good. Got for a gift for mother in law for Christmas

It doesn't really work as well as I thought it would. Getting a real vacuum cleaner is probably the answer to go. not 1 of these robots. Not Not much vacuum section power either

The first one we bought didn’t work at all. We returned it to Best Buy and bought another one. The second one worked for just over a month then stopped working. We couldn’t return it because it had been over 30 days. iRobot customer service is terrible. They are so unhelpful and tried as hard as possible to do nothing after we spent $400. There are plenty of other brand robots that are better and priced lower. Never again iRobot.

It works fine just as a maintenance cleaning.. if its really dirty spot or area your better off doing the cleaning yourself

I was excited to get this and it is a piece of junk. Took so long to get it to finally hold a charge so that I could map it, that now it has been over 30 days so Best Buy will not allow me to return it. You cannot use this in rooms separated by carpet unless you pick it up and carry it to another room which defeats the purpose of even having this item. Bottom piece of base keeps falling off, electric cord does not stay plugged in. Worst Roomba ever.

cleans good goes under hard to reach places tho it doesn't clean deep enough i have to clean the floor again with. my mop

It might be ok for very low traffic areas but not for kitchen or other more used soaces. Leave water marks, not worth it

I tried using the disposable and microfiber cloth. I also tried lowest setting for fluid spray but regardless what I tried it left bad streaks on my dark wood floors.

It seems to be a good product but I probably just got a lemon product. After few days of using it, it just stopped working. I have to return it.

Awesome. Wet jet bought 1 for my mother and she loved it
