Would love the roomba more if the trash holder container can hold bigger items.

Have older models and this model is faster. It follows a more straight path rather than the less random patterns in older models. They still get the job done. With. A dog in the house hardwoods get dirty quickly. Love having it go while we are gone on a walk. Improved lighthouses too.

not a great product. i have previously used Roomba 800 series for many years. considering the price of the product i dont think it is worth spending so much when you can get similar quality products from other make with much reasonable price.

We have a dog and it works great in maintaining our house hair free.

Charges, vacuums all accessible areas, and returns to the charging station when it determines that it is needed. Returns to areas needed after recharging. Minor non pickup at baseboards. We are retired, moved to Rio Rancho August 9. New carpet, no children, and no pets. Used for 2 weeks at this time. Will use a traditional vacuum every 3 to 4 weeks.

Man. After getting this Roomba, I hope everyone can get one. It picks up all the stuff you don't see. For a home with those affected by allergies, this really helps keep the dust and gunk in the air out of my home. Love it. And you can customize start times every day and turn on remotely. Can't beat that.

The roomba works perfectly on both carpet and hardwood.

This is my 2nd roomba. We had the 650 & loved being able to run the vacuum everyday and know our floors & rugs were clean. We loved it so much that we decided to upgrade. We always buy appliances from Best Buy because of the warranty. We had a battery issue with the 650 & Best Buy exchanged it hassle free. Thanks again Best Buy for the exceptional customer service.

Does the job for a busy house. Easy programming from phone.

I was always skeptical about how well a Roomba could clean my floors but I have to say I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Does a really good job with keeping up with dust under the furniture. I like that it does an edge clean around the rooms as a last measure before returning to its base.

This unit is a huge improvement over my 550. I saw someone complain about it being noisey, certainly it isn't quiet but it is about half as loud as my old unit. I highly recommend this unit and love being able to control it with the app. Also, I have mine hidden under an end table, you don't really need to give it such a big visible docking area like the manual says.

Absolute necessity. Must have for anyone with indoor pets.

I love it cleans the entire carpet, doesn’t stop until it is finished.
