Many find it effective for pet hair removal, and while some mention the noise level, others find it acceptable. However, customers frequently cite navigation issues and a small dustbin as drawbacks, along with concerns about battery life.

Great Intermediate Vacuuming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Charges, vacuums all accessible areas, and returns to the charging station when it determines that it is needed. Returns to areas needed after recharging. Minor non pickup at baseboards. We are retired, moved to Rio Rancho August 9. New carpet, no children, and no pets. Used for 2 weeks at this time. Will use a traditional vacuum every 3 to 4 weeks.

Excellent Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very worried about hair with my wife and two daughters having long hair. The roomba has no problem with the hair. This product saves us so much time and keeps our floors very clean. I was also concerned about if it would go over thresholds very well. We live in an old victourian home and the thresholds are very tall. The roomba has no problem going over them.

Roomba 960
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great Roomba (960) which we have really enjoyed. There have been no issues with this product. It is the second Roomba that our family has purchased. This one is a great upgrade over the previous model. The price at Bestbuy was very competitive and I love their lowest price guarantee.

Nice
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great device it’s a little louder than I expected. I originally planned to run it during g the night while we were sleeping but the app allows me to control it when it’s best fir our family. The only drawback is when it gets to the carpet it leaves a horizontal pattern in stead of a vertical one that I prefer.
