Works just as designed so far. Purchase in late November 2019. Works well on our hardwood as well as carpeted areas. The app is easy to set up. It is not as quiet as I prefer but it becomes background noise that doesn't distract. Purchasing from Best Buy was very easy and it was shipped fast!

Very fast, very easy and very smart vacuum. My wife loved!!!

Overall this is a fantastic device. Very easy to set up and the app is super intuitive. The only problem is the internal dust sensors get dirty very quickly, so it often thinks it's "full" when it's less than half full, just because of a lot of dust (maybe this means I need to vacuum more!)

The Dude has been working overtime. I have a chocolate lab and a cat. The dude has been all over the house-- especially under the bed-- which has to be the best feature of these robots! That is the spot for me that is the hardest to reach. I am very happy with my purchase!

This is a great appliance to have. I would recommend it for sure.

Great vacuum the only problem is the capacity of the trash bin.

This is a great product for everyday cleaning using the schedule found in the app. Although this has a camera, it does not come equipped with the imprint feature that recognizes each individual room. Once cleaning is completed you are able to see the areas that were cleaned.

Love how it keeps vinyl floors dust/pet hair free.

I mostly like my robot because I don't vacuum anymore. I do wish it did a few things better. I wish it used the camera as to not bump into things better. I wish the dust compartment was bigger. And lastly I wish it would remember the places it gets stuck so it didn't continue to get stuck in the same places. Works great if you are home to empty and unwedge.

I previously owned another Roomba without the mapping and etc. This one is stronger and also probably louder than my old one. I like the mapping feature but the roomba will still occasionally get stuck on things and stop

This is an excellent product, does exactly what it promises. No complaints in the first 6 months of purchase. Battery life is just enough for our large living room. A couple of niggles - doesn't always return to home base, and sometimes it's easy to miss the docking position for charging.

I had the first generation Roomba when it came out and I don't know how i lived without it being a dog owner. The roomba comes out on schedule and vacuums the entire first level of my house while I'm at work so when I get home every day I am not greeted with mounds of dog hair. I don't have time to sweep or vacuum every day but Roomba does.

We are very happy with our Roomba. It operates exactly as advertised and does a very good job. It does hang up on certain area rugs especially lighter weight ones and it will occasionally grab the corner of a rug so we generally just vacuum them with the sweeper.

Bought this for my wife to help to help vacuum up the dog hair. It does a great job navigating the house and my wife loves that she can use the app on her phone to start 960 when she is gone. It does a great job picking up the dog hair on the tile floors but has a harder time on the carpet. I wish the bin was larger, have to empty it sometimes 2 or 3 times.

This iRobot works well, It doesn't like small area rugs. So I just make sure they are picked up before I schedule a cleaning. It does exactly what it says it will do. Once it runs low on battery, it returns to recharge and then will resume where it left off. Its pretty cool. I do recommend it.

This vacuum may work for many but in my case, it didn't. It only recognized one side of the floor plan, it would spend the entire cleaning time going back and forth between the entrance and the dining area, never going into the kitchen, then when I took it to the kitchen it wouldn't find the way back to the port, stopping in the middle sending an alert of job done. My floor plan consists of entrance, dining and kitchen so I don't understand why it didn't do it's job. Also it would send an alert of full while being empty. Returned withing 3 weeks.
