Does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it very well.

Amazed to say that I love my Roomba! I have a dog that sleeps under the bed and leaves lots of hair behind. My Roomba goes under the bed and cleans it all up! I turn it loose about twice a week to clean my whole upstairs and have yet to encounter a space where it doesn't go.

good robot to do chore that most don't like to do.

Vacuum is good but deff confused on why theres only one brush on one side of it. Theres a space on the oppsite side to me what looks like another brush goes in but noooooo, its an illusion. The worst thing about this is the App is a compelte waste. Its pointless to download.

Does a good job withe the daily vacuuming freeing up your time.

After it was setup and did the first clean we were very impressed with the job it does. My husband was a skeptic until he emptied the dust bin and saw how much it had picked up in the cleaning cycle. I cannot manage a heavy vacuum any more and this is a real help around the house.

At our house we have had a Dyson, and a Kirby vacuum. This little robot does an amazing job. It picks up so much stuff and does a great job with picking up all of the fur from our cats. I would recommend this to anyone that is in the market for a roomba that has the cleaning power for pets.

The 960 sees black as a cliff & will not go over carpet that has a black stripe. In our case we have carpet runners in the halls with black stripes around the rim. This vacuum gets confused when trying to cross and acts erratic and refuses to cross the stripes. It was impossible to clean the hall areas. We returned the vacuum and exchanged for an i7 Roomba which the technical advisor with iRobot said would work better with black. The technical advisor said all Roomba's series from the 960 and below have cliff issues with black. The i7 works fine with the black stripes. If no black is in a carpet the 960 seemed to clean fine!

I really wanted to like this, but it was not to be. Had some problems connecting it to our wifi, after several attempts, it finally connected. Has been rock solid on that front since. My issues are that it leaves clumps or strings of pet hair all over the carpet, which I have to bend over and pick up every morning. I clean the bin, clean the rollers after each run but it still leaves behind the clumps of pet hair. We have 2 dogs, who shed moderately and chose this model because it was recommended for pet owners. Recently, it started stopping during the cleaning instead of returning to its base. This is not a big deal, except now every morning it is sitting in the middle of the room and my wife already stubbed her toe on it when she didn't see it early in the morning. That was pleasant to wake up to an angry wife cursing out the robot thingy. I will probably return it.

I thought this item would help a little with day to day cleaning but it is way better than I expected! Between my 3 cats and me we produce a lot of hair but my Roomba picks it all up and keeps my floors virtually dirt free. I highly recommend this product.

Very efficient cleaning hardwood floors and carpet

I love this vacuum. It's works Better than I thought.

We have hardwood floors, a couple throw rugs and a cat. My wife was constantly vacuuming. I set it to operate during the night so we wake up with clean floors. I like to use the app to turn on and off the schedules as necessary. So far I haven't had any issues, I like coming down in the morning to see how much dirt I have in the bin.

This is now the 3rd Roomba we have tried. It does vacuum, but unfortunately gets stuck almost every time. The bin is also so small we have to clean it out 1-2 times per cleaning. It is recommended for pet hair, but unless you have a pet that doesn’t shed, it really isn’t a good option. We only have one dog and it to too much for the vacuum, even days after we clean with our large vacuum. The concept is great, but honestly it isn’t worth the money and we have to be here during each cleaning also, so it is easier just to grab the big vacuum for 15 min and get the job done ourselves. It is supposed to be able to clean and then recharge and clean again, but in all the months we have had it, that has NEVER happened.

She Does Straight lines all night long, last a lot longer thin the one she replaced. (890) she sucks up every little thing, & then goes home when she’s finished. After, she’s back strong as ever and ready for more. would recommend to a friends. What a Great vacuum!!!

Never had one before. This robotic vacuum gets under the beds and elsewhere learning its routes . It picks up a lot of dirt. I close off my office with all the cables but otherwise it goes everywhere and puts itself back to recharge. Surprisingly a help not just a cool gadget.

Great product, works fantastic,worth the extra money

So far I have been impressed by the microwave oven I bought from Best Buy. I especially like the fact that I do not have to input a specific time period for the microwave oven to heat leftovers. I can just press sensor reheat, and the microwave notifies the user when 30 seconds remain. Very useful feature.

This is the best model for the price. You want to stick with robot vacuums that have the mapping feature otherwise it will just be bashing into everything. I have had this for about 2 years and still going strong.
