We named her Proud Mary because she kept on turning (to get all the spots). She works very well. I wish we could have her self empty, but we aren't that lazy LOL. Also make sure your cords are not in her path. We had to turn her off during Christmas because of the cords.

I bought this as an upgrade to a shark vacuum. It primarily has to do hardwood floors and an area rug in a house with 1 Labrador. The good: The suction was better than my shark. It did a great job at getting the hair off the the area rug. It's a white rug and the dog's hair is black so it was easy to see the difference. The OK: I want to run the vaccum at 3am so I don't have to hear it. Turns out it doesn't map so well in the dark. The shark took at most an hour and a half to work, but the 960 was taking 3 hours to get through. This was the final straw, and I returned it. I got it for $300 on sale but it just didn't meet my needs. I switched to the i4/i3 and it is much better at mapping in the dark.

It takes a while to get it set up on home wifi but works really well. Still learning its way around the house but the cleaning action is impressive. Need more time to fully evaluate the app and how to take maximum advantage of its capabilities.

We really like this vacuum. It's nice that it will run and save me (mom) time not having to vacuum. My only real complaint is that it does miss a bit in the middle of the floor (almost not 100% accurate where it's path is?) and corners like under cabinets it's not the greatest at getting stuff either Otherwise we really like it!

Cleans well, moves over different surfaces easily.

I recently replaced my previous roomba with my protection plan with this model. I couldn’t be happier that I did. Instead of going in a chaotic pattern when vacuuming this model goes in straight lines. Also it slows down before bumping in to things which I’m sure will make this roomba last a lot longer.

This Roomba works great on hardwood floors and cleans pretty quickly and effectively. However it occasionally gets stuck on our rug and triggers an alert, which is a bit annoying. The mapping feature is awesome and it never misses an area. Overall still a great product. I would recommend this product.

Love having this sat recommend it to all my friends have had several go out and get their own after seeing how well this works even my brother who had a lower model was amazed at how well this one worked and seeing a floor plan of every move it makes

Absolutely love this vacuum. It goes out gets the job done and returns back to the home base. You may have to secure the home base down so it doesn't move around when it pulls up on the charger. Besides that it's worth every penny

This is the second unit we have purchased for a second home. Love the idea of having the crumbs and dust picked up when we are gone and can’t believe the amount of dirt in the bin! Grogru is his name and he does a mighty fine job!

This is the first time I bought a product like this, normally we claen our house, but seriously this vacum is a great help!! Why? Well it keeps you floor clean, it has a schedule mode so you decide when put it to work, we love it! Great gaget with wifi conecttion!

Loved it so much that I bought one for my son as a house warming gift. Just set the time to clean and let it do it’s job. Clean floors to come home to after work.

It does clean on its own, but one need to prep the house for it since some item can get stuck in the mechanism. If carpet is too high it will just skip it and move on to other areas. I like that it finds home when needing to recharge and begins again when charged.

I got this as a replacement to my older Roomba 880. And it much more intelligent and user friendly. The app integration is nice and even better with Alexa (Amazon). With the app it makes it so easy to set schedules and track cleaning progress. This model also has better sensors allowing it to navigate better.

This is my third one. My other two I previously owned were a different brand. This one far supersedes all the others. I have many dogs and the dog hair is impossible to keep cleaned and drives me crazy. This is a game changer for me! Love it so much!

Bought this for daughter-in-law for Christmas. She absolutely loves it even now, 1 1/2 years later. Only wishes it had the auto dumper that just came out. With 2 boys, 2 big dogs, and 3 cats it picks up a lot. Think I might get one for myself as I just got 2 puppies.

Bought 4 my husband. He loves it. He had another Roomba-like cleaner n it had trouble getting into corners n didn't have much suction power in comparison. The roomba is the way to go. Its profile is also lower n it goes under the sofa.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my Roomba!! I hate a dirty floor but hate vacuuming almost as much! Love that I can "set it and forget it" and the Roomba does all of the work. I do wish it had a slightly bigger bin or that I had a cleaner family.

This Roomba is great at getting dog hair from carpeting. The rubber rollers capture the hair and is easy to remove the hair from them. It has a decent running time. As with others, it can’t get the corners of the rooms but it does a nice job going along the edge of the walls.

I picked this up as a wedding gift for my daughter and son-in-law. They absolutely love it. It learned the house layout and does a great job of following a schedule. Being able to connect to their phone was quite pleasing. And now it can be operated through their Google Home. They are loving it.
