Replaced an off brand Roomba-This one has suction power and a great cleaning pattern. Wife says, "Why did you get me the off brand?" So, decided on this model--great feature for the price. Would recommend it over other model and the off brand competition.

I was very hesitant to purchase a small vacume that cost so much but let me tell you. She runs every day and every day she is full. Running it at night isn't a good idea as the camera can't see and you get a lot of errors but perfect for when you are at work and want to come home to a fresh clean floor.

This irobot does a great job picking up the dirt throughout my house. My house is 2400 square feet and so far it's cleaned 2200 sq feet. So it's cleaning the areas that are not blocked. I think I may purchase the canister that self empties it.

My husband bought me the Roomba 960. Boy oh boy, do I ever love this Roomba. We have a dog and she sheds all of the time. I have the Roomba set up to clean at 11pm at night. I wake each morning to a nice clean floor. Why did we not buy this before??? So happy that we finally did.

I like the Roomba 960, but it would never go home just around in circles. It never mapped the room and would sweep the same area over and over. I was told it was most likely defective. I returned it and promptly ordered another one.

So glad i purchased this, saves me hours and my allergies by even getting under the hard to reach places only complaint and very minor is it won’t pick up particles larger than the size of maybe a sprinkle, so small dog food pebbles or a rock etc. Otherwise love it!

This is what I was looking for. I have tried different brand but iRobot is different. The reason i choose this model is because have iPhone app and camera for detection objects and sketching floor plans. It really work and you will always have a clean home even underneath of bed, coach sofa! Just Love it

I am very happy with the purchase of my Roomba. I have all laminate flooring and having to sweep it every day was no fun. My only let down is that I couldn't get it to sync with my irobot app, which was one of the main reasons I spent the the extra money on a newer model. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase.

If this thing lasts me as long as I'm hoping it will (at least 2-3 years with proper maintenance), it will be worth it. Saves sooooo much time and effort I would be spending vacuuming. It doesn't do the job as thoroughly as I would, but that's what an infrequent human-vacuuming is for.

This Roomba vacuum cleaner is everything it promised it would be. Love the feature of being about to program the what days of the week and time that I want it to run. With 2 cats in the house, it is wonderful to run the Roomba 3 days a week and not have to worry about all the cat hair.

Best Buy from Best Buy yet, waited and waited for almost a year, couldn't afford it and then Black Friday my wishes came true, it went on sale and there I was. We have dogs, cats & parrots and this little helper is making my daily cleanup a lot easier, thanks for being there

3rd roomba I've owned. This one has more bells and whistles then my previous ones. Well worth having the tangle free brushes. It does a good job not hitting the bottom of the furniture and kitchen cabinets too hard. Wish it handled black better, as our dining room legs are black.

Great mid-range Roomba. I have a total interior space of 2006sq ft and some rooms I close off as it doesn’t get used often so no point for Roomba to clean but it does my heavy traffic rooms. Picks up a lot of dirt on my bare ceramic tile floors.

We have 2 small dogs, wood floors, rugs, tile, etc. so there are plenty of challenges. House is 2000sf, and unit needs to recharge before completing job. Had to effect a warranty exchange after 9 months, because it would frequently not complete the job nor return to base for recharging.

My significant other wanted this for her birthday. I was skeptical but it was really easy to use with literally no effort. Did a great job cleaning. You need to think about picking on certain things off the floor but you will figure it out.

Excellent tracking and cleaning system. It start from the location where it left. IT has good sensor to understanirod the obstacles and provide complete coverage. The wall also helpful from restricting the irobo from child area

For quite a while have known that my next vacuum would be a Roomba, and this was finally the time! I am very pleased, not only with the earlier than expected delivery, but also the quality of the product! Thank you Best Buy!

We have a 2800sf house that has about 2000sf of hardwood floors. This thing is absolutely awesome in its ability to keep the floors up and has greatly reduce the amount of brooming we have to do. The wife now wants the mop companion—go figure ;)

It is good with app monitoring and edge detection, once started . does its job Though we had some trouble in setup and notification Bin fills fast as well and needs frequent cleaning, sometime middle of the first run.

This appliance is a vaccumming game changer. My floors have never been this clean before. We have four people and two dogs and two cats who bring in lots of dirt from outside. This roomba expertly cleans up after all of us. I'll never live without one again
