Unfortunately we seem to challenge these a lot we have two dogs and I am afraid this one wont make it either I think the dog hair is to much on it, we have already exchanged it before and we move up on models each time all I can say is get the warranty it is well worth it

Its a decent vaccum cleaner. However, it doesnt climb our thick bathroom rugs though which is a little disappointing . We have to lift it and do a spot clean on it . But overall does the job with respect to normal dusting of the house

I was skeptical about robot vacuums, but my wife insisted on one. After the first time, I was surprised at how well this one works. I decided on this one because of the camera and ability to recharge and continue where it left off. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

This was a gift for my newly married niece. Both she and her husband work so this was a great gift. They run Roomba every day and it takes care of dust and dog hair. They love it. Roomba got there-Denver!-on time and they have had no problems.

I bought this for my wife when we moved into our new home and she has done nothing but rave to family and coworkers about how great it is. And we have a dog that sheds a lot, which this thing picks up great, both on hardwood and carpeting.

This vacuum is a life saver. The convenience and ability of app control from anywhere will check this chore from your to do list. It cleans wonderfully and I love the mapping feature as it navigates around your furniture without bumping into it. Highly recommend!

It broke after a month of use, the plastic holding the rollers together snapped. We loved it before then, but we had to replace it- very easy process to return . We upgraded to the one with the larger bin and we love it.

This is so much more than a mechanical broom. It’s like a pet that cleans up the floor while you are at work, it sends notifications to your phone about the completed projects. This thing motivates the whole family to keep things off the floor, so iRobot can do its job.

This roomba is great on wood floors. However, the parts dont last forever. Brushes are bought on ebay for cheap, but the filter needs to be cleaned constantly. Still runs great. Good for dog hair believe me I have two labs.

Does what it’s sopposed to do. Clear a path and let it go. Just an FYI the droid skins for the 980 fit it well. We put a small amount of tape with Tabasco on it to keep the dog from messing with it. A good tip also for tv/stereo/ect cable detergents as well.

I am glad chose a model that mapped the area being worked on. The snap latch on the hydroscopic air filter broke and I requested that the manufacturer replace the part. They said OK the week before Christmas. Have not seen it yet.

This Roomba is wonderful! It does not use a bag, so virtually no money is needed to continue using it as with other Roomba models. It does excellent job on hardwood floors, tile, linolium, and of course carpets. I highly recommend!

This vacuum is the best thing my wife and I have ever purchased it makes cleaning our house so much easier now that we can just set it and leave knowing that when we return the floors will be completely vacuumed great job Roomba

Best purchase ever. We have a puppy who likes to shed and it does a great job keeping the mess cleaned up on a daily basis. I like that I can control it from my phone wherever I may be and the feedback messages on job completion etc. are very helpful.

I’m actually using it right, lol I swear this was made by a guy whose wife was telling him to sweep the floor. Works great, great investment for a man, lol

This is a replacement unit that we just picked up 2 weeks ago. So far this iRobot has worked perfectly. I had difficulty connecting the first unit to WiFi, but this one connected the first time I tried. Great product so far.

I wasn't sure how it would perform in my small apartment, but it has been working great getting under and between the furniture. I'm impressed. Love to be able to do other things while my floors are getting cleaned

The one I had before I got this one would go under the furniture just fine, but for some reason, this one of the same size gets stuck under the furniture and stops working which has caused issues with it not to want to run properly

In the beginning, this was an amazing vacuum. It ran daily at 9am and did a phenominal job of cleaning the whole house. I was amazed how much dirt it picked up every day! Then one day, it started acting weird. It would hug walls and try to turn into them, it would encounter barriers that weren't there, or it would get itself boxed into a corner despite adequate light and nothing preventing it from getting it out. While early cleaning maps shows a pretty decent representation of my house, the cleaning maps started looking nothing like the space it actually cleaned. I've been going back and forth with iRobot tech support. They insist on the most basic solutions first (cleaning sensors, tapping any dust out of the bumpers). Finally it was escallated after 3 calls. Today, I missed a call from the assigned tech today and called back - waited 40+ minutes on hold only to find the tech didn't note my ticket, so the phone rep I was speaking with had no idea what to do. All she could do was appologize and ask if someone could call back tomorrow. Ultimately, it's a cool machine but it won't replace your vacuum and iRobot's poor customer support doesn't justify the cost. If I could do it all again, I would not have purchased this expensive toy.

Picks up a lot, and the suction is good. I haven't been able to figure out how to map a route for it yet. But honestly haven't spent much time trying to figure it out yet either. Other than that it is a solid product that performs well.
