The day I purchased the roomba 960 I was very excited to set it up and get this thing cleaning. The initial start up was easy and there were no problems. That same night I purchased it the robot stopped working. It wouldn’t even turn on to tell me if it was charged or not. Upon some tinkering I took the battery out and put it back in and it seemed to work fine again. I determined that the battery wasn’t getting a good connection so I just tighten the screws to hold it in place better. After that it worked for a few weeks. The suction was good, it maneuvered the House well and I was happy with the amount of debris is was picking up. I was a fan of this model at that point. Now once again I’m having problems. Last night it keeps going back to base telling me that the bin is full when it’s completely empty and now today the roomba won’t even turn on again. I tried messing with the battery again but no luck. I am beyond frustrated with this thing that I have only owned for 2 months. For nearly $800 I of course would expect this thing to function the way it’s supposed to.

This is my fourth Roomba. The wifi and camera create a more accurate clean and the combo of the iPhone app and camera make it much more accurate. Can recharge twice and keep cleaning. Still not fabulous on hardwood floors as I would wish but a much better model.

What an amazing device. I was apprehensive about buying one of this but this is awesome. It takes time to map out the house but i5 doesn’t miss a beat transitioning from carpet to tile. Awesome product!!

Though the vacuum takes a long time to clean everything, it does a very good job. It will sometimes get hung on the corner of the oriental rugs, but overall, I have loved pushing a button and not ever have to lift a finger.

I was a doubter when it came to this purchase. But now I am a believer and am avid fan of our “Dusty.” The amount of debris that is collected is always a surprise! He works daily at our house.

Our third Roomba. Love the app access to its functionality. Seeing a map of where it cleans is nice. We also use Alexa to start cleaning, and to find it when it gets stuck under our furniture.

My husband loves this Roomba 960. It’s our third Roomba. So far, very happy with it. The Roomba app downloaded easily, synced with the WiFi, and let us schedule its chores just fine.

I really like this sweeper. The only con is it won't sweep my rug in my living room. It learns to sweep all areas in all my rooms besides my rug. Otherwise I love it! My husband now says he"ll do the sweeping and he turns in on........

I just bought a larger home with hardwood floors. I have 3 kids and 4 dogs being a single parent I need all the help I can get. As long as I pick up the obvious, socks, tissues and wires the bot gets the rest.

I love that i can use this device once a day and it gets all the animal hair on my hard floors. I haven't had any issues with it except connection issues between it and the app on my phone. Keep an eye on it while it runs so it doesn't get stuck on anything.

Change your life get a roomba This was the best thing I ever bought. Clean house every day. I know it’s small but if you think about it, so is a standup. A standup just has a Handle. This gets the job done

Built a 2200 sq ft new house with vinyl plank throughout. We are learning what not to leave on floor and the Roomba 960 is learning how to navigate over area rugs, etc. Great decision to go with the 960 model!

I absolutely live this thing ! It makes life so much easier , I highly recommend buying the emptying bin though or empty after every use or it will stop half way through ! But absolutely love it !!!

Reginald is wonderful. I tell him what a great job he does every time he heads out to clean. Not necessarily a time saver for me as I enjoy eating him work. Everyone should experience the joy of a Roomba

Am loving the Roomba and all the dog hair it's picking up! I ran Roomba twice in one day and it was still picking up lots of dog hair! It did fine going up on rugs with rubber back, but not the others. It's also entertaining to watch!

I love this Roomba! I have an entire house of hardwood floors and I was having to dust mop every day. The Roomba is amazing at getting the dust up; even under furniture and beds, which is hard for me to get at.

First time using a robot Replaced lot of carpet with plank floor Sit back and watch it go-great! Goes under beds, who vacuums under beds, and boy did it get the dust bunnies!!!

Love it with only one downfall. If you have a very dark carpet, it will treat that carpet as a cliff and will only clean around it. The sensor isn't smart enough quite yet. Otherwise, it's amazing.

We have old wood flooring with cracks between the boards. The roomba picks up debris out of the cracks. It ferrets out cat hair which tends to accumulate between regular vacuum.

I love my Roomba. This lil sucker (pun intended ) does a fantastic job. Great for every other day vacuuming. You still have to do a regular big clean ever so often but the job takes half the time after using the Roomba. Love, love, love mine!
