Usually the higher price item is suppose to be better. Not the case for the Roomba 960. App did not work on my LG G6 or my Wife's Galaxy S8. Also Roomba 960 did not find its way back to base numerous times. Ended up purchasing a Roomba 652 for almost a couple hundred dollars cheaper and I must say the cheaper product out performs the latest and greatest.

This is the greatest vacuum I have ever used, I am legally blind and it was hard for me to get all the dirt and my kids would have to go behind me and clean up what I had missed. Best investment I have every made.

After a year it still makes me smile to come home and see this thing rolling around the house. Wish it had a bigger collection bing. Has been very reliable over the last 1 1/2 years.

My last iRobot had 2 of the items you sit out to keep the vacuum from going in an area, this one came with only one! Guess I need to purchase one. Other than that it works fine.

Does a great job. Had to get a new filter after a while, but that is expected. Transitions from hardwood to tile to area rug nicely . Only complaint is it will try to suck up phone chargers, and shoe laces.

I was sceptical at first but after my wife insisting I decided to give it a try. She could have not been more right. It's a great product and it does everything it claims to do. Trust your wife and get a roomba!

Love the app integration. Can start from Alexa as well. Cleans hardwoods good. Even navigates over taller transitions and under couches. However hide your cords will eat them. Highly recommend.

I haven’t even had this for a month and already having a problem with a wheel, needs a replacement. The trash bin fills up too quick. But it does vacuum well.

Love it.. Perfect for every home with pet. Decision for this model was that if Roomba is discharged before ending a complete job it returns to its home base to charge and then continues to finish the job.

This thing is great. I was a little skeptical when we bought it but this thing does not disappoint. Picks up all dog hair at our house. We have no carpet and it’s great. Would definitely recommend

First experience with robotic vacuum cleaner, so far I have been pleasantly surprised. Still getting use to directional positioning of cleaner. I recommend this product.

There have been a few issues, such as the Roomba stopping cleanup saying the bin is full when it isn't due to a bit of dirt covering the sensor, but overall nice product

I was skeptical but bought this for my wife for a Christmas. Could not believe how much dirt this thing picked up. My wife vacuumed every week with a Dyson upright. This is amazing.

We bought it to replace our old Romba, and the pattern this one takes is great, it moves in lines not a random pattern, picks up the dog hair and dirt has no problems going from hardwood to carpet.

By far the best robot vacuum we’ve had. We purchased while it was on sale and has been best decision. Seldom has hiccups returning to its base. Does a great job cleaning.

We live in a household with kids and pets. The Roomba make a huge difference in the weekly cleaning. The vacuum runs while I'm away at work and cleans up a shocking amount of lint and dander daily.

A must have!! I did my homework and this is the best lowest priced roomba. The other lower priced models will miss part of the floors when vacuuming because it is an algorithm not a WiFi map.

This is one of the best products I have bought hands down. With Alexa I can just tell Max (Roomba) to sweep the floors. Just like that he is doing all the work at home which gives me much more time doing other stuff.

Works great!!! We really like it. We bought it to replace an older model that had mostly given out. Found a great great price on black Friday week as well!!!
