I should have bought this years ago. This vacuum keeps my whole house clean. I have 2900 sq feet and it keeps all 2900 sq ft clean everyday. No more vacuuming for me just mopping.

I absolutely love my iRobot Roomba 960. Using the app on my phone I can schedule the Roomba to start cleaning anytime I want. With my busy schedule, I can use all the help I can get. Thank you!!!

Bought it as a gift for me and I am happy with my purchase. It's the best IRobot out there. Get the work done efficiently and is SMART (just like I expected).

We absolutely love it. It a get deal for the money but will eventually upgrade to a better bigger or better model prolly. Will get mop with it eventually too.

Picks up the dust and dirt on my tile. The only thing that sucks is when I go to empty out the trash bin the trash falls back on the floor. Major flaw if you Ask me

It's a robot vacuum. It's reasonably intelligent, but still gets gets stuck from time to time. That said, probably the best robot vac I've owned to date.

Recently upgraded from the e5 and it was worth the difference in price. The mapping feature and the resume after charging makes a big difference. Very satisfied!!!

I love it! Really didn’t think it would handle the hair of two dogs that shed a lot, but it did and got into Everything that was caught in the grout as well

This is our second Roomba (The 800 now lives upstairs) and am very happy with the coverage. It is more deliberate and goes line by line and will even go back and take care of edge areas.

This has made our life sooo much easier when cleaning the house. As a pet owner of a dog that sheds, we are grateful for our Roomba and we have even given her a name!

This robot is incredible! I have 2 dogs and cat. So I recommend you maintain scheduling a clean twice a day to keep up with the pet hair. Does not work on high pile rugs only very low pile.

We have been beyond satisfied with Miss Roomba’s assurance vacuuming our house. Follows the schedule and doesn’t take a day off. If she only could do stairs.

Works fine. We bought it to battle the everlasting dog hair from four Basset Hounds. Not perfect but it does allow us the freedom of hand vacuum use once a week.

I love my Roomba, I had gotten a lower model for Christmas that I was happy with. This model is so much better!! I love how it tells me when the trash bin is full or when it is stuck on my phone.

We got this one as the less expensive 680 had problems docking. This one is 10x better and gives you a map when you are done. I have already convinced 3 co workers to buy this for their wife's and all love it!

Have 11 cats. I run this every day on with hardwood floors. It works very well. Just keep it clean and keep up the maintenance in between cleanings.

This is the best vacuum ever. No more vacuuming, just tell little Roomba to clean up. Only drawback is that it doesn’t empty the dust bin. This is now a new addition to the family. Love it!

Love it... very easy to use. If battery is low it will go back to base and recharge. After recharge its memory will take it back to last place it ran low on battery.

Easy to service the roller brushes from hair and other debris. Hardly ever got lost from charging home. Voice command from Alexa has been excellent.

This was an upgrade to our 860 model that had a charging issue. The 960 has a much improved cleaning pattern and handles the transition from hard wood to carpet better.
