Works really well. The only downfall is the dirt bin is really small and if you have pets it fills up pretty fast and will not start schedule run until emptied.

I absolutely love this the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because of having to empty the canister after each job. If it isn’t empty it doesn’t run on it’s scheduled time.

This is my first Roomba and it it great! Tucked her away in a corner and can send her on a cleaning job at the push of a button on my phone. Recommend.

So pleased. It was easy to install and set on my phone. Picks up cat hair great on wood floors. So happy I bit the bullet and make the purchase.

I originally purchased a less expensive Roomba. Returned due to random vacuuming patterns. This 960 blows it away. Superior suction power and vacuums in nice straight lines!

We have s very small house, but two dogs who shed a lot. I never see the dog hair now. The robot runs while we are at work. All I have to do is empty it every day.

Loved works great picks up alot in-between actually sweeping and vacuuming. I wished I'd gotten a higher level model that mops and dumps debris.

We tried several different robot vacuums and none of them stood the test with the dog hair... this one has been great! Wish we'd bought it sooner.

I really enjoy not having to vacuum everyday!! The vacuum does a pretty good job the only down fall is sometimes it gets stuck on the corners of rugs.

It’s no what I expected, application sometimes don’t respond, and disconnected from wireless, price too much !

I hate sand on my wood floors! This solved the problem and I’m able to program where I want it to vacuum as well as it works with Alexa!

Why did I not buy this sooner? We love our Roomba! The only thing I would change is that there be two two circulating brushes instead of one.

Have used it 4 times in the past 2 weeks and it's great. We have 2 dogs that shed alot and this thing picks up the hair along the edges with the edge brush.

I would not live without this thing. If you’re on the fence about buying one and have the means...do it. I can’t stand to have dirty floors and this frees up so much time.

Hate vacuuming, so I love my new "maid". Wish it had more mapping selection features that I'm seeing in some of the newer versions.

Awesome, smartest sweeper I have ever seen. It sweeps the whole house and then goes back to the exact place where you started it and parks himself there.. love it !!!!!

So far so good . Was easier to connect and operate from app and google home . It does the job . Only used few times so far and happy so far

I have it now like over a year and I had to replace the sweep attachment but fortunately it has a replacement in the box.
