Have used it 4 times in the past 2 weeks and it's great. We have 2 dogs that shed alot and this thing picks up the hair along the edges with the edge brush.

I just purchased it last month, but so far it is great! It learns the patterns/layout of your home and makes sure it does not miss a spot!

I originally purchased a less expensive Roomba. Returned due to random vacuuming patterns. This 960 blows it away. Superior suction power and vacuums in nice straight lines!

Other than getting stuck periodically room but does a fantastic job. I'm waiting for the next version that will have some type of obstacle avoidance

This model handles my medium pet hair well. Sometimes it take at least 1 time to empty the bin out before it can complete but overall its a good model.

Easy to use and I love the alerts it sends if it needs help. Just remember to keep cords up and away if not they are getting cleaned up or destroyed :(.

Awesome, smartest sweeper I have ever seen. It sweeps the whole house and then goes back to the exact place where you started it and parks himself there.. love it !!!!!

I would not live without this thing. If you’re on the fence about buying one and have the means...do it. I can’t stand to have dirty floors and this frees up so much time.

Does a great job on pet hair. Like the fact it goes in neat rows and will go back and forth over spots that needs it. No issues so far.

Some stuff it just won't pick up, and we are only in month one. Pet hair is good but it misses bigger pieces

This thing is fantastic! We have a dog and it makes us forget we have one. Every day we wake up and boom - dog hairs already picked up.

Great for the first year and then not so great. It’s in the repair center now. Much like anything, it stops working after you get it paid off.

Not functioning perfectly, but is a nice treat for us to have in the house and adds a little peace of mind the ocd clean freaks in the house.

Love it. Less work for me to do. I like you can control all the jobs right from your phone l. Definitely recommend. Caught it on sale

We had an older version that just went in random directions. I love how this one tracks where it is going and has been and goes in straight lines.

This is a great vacuuming robot. It’s suction power is higher than older models, it maps the worked areas so it’s more efficient. A bit noisy but Good in general.

I liked so much we bought another one for our upstairs so we have 2 both up and down

Love our new Roomba 960. Very hard working. Gets into all the corners. Just put it on a schedule and now never have to worry about vacuuming. Floors are always clean.

I named mine Stormageddon3000 and like his name suggests, this little guy sneaks and snurks around eradicating his world of dirt and pet hairs.

My wife and I love this purchase. We are vacuuming almost daily. It forces you to keep your floors cleaned up as well. Great product.
