We purchased this product in March of 2017. It worked great for about a year. Then it began stopping running after 45 minutes 3 out of 4 times it was run. It wouldn't return to the base and charge, it would just stop somewhere randomly in the house. The first thing we tried replacing was the battery. It did not fix the 45 minute problem. Then I involved tech support. They stated the problem wasn't the battery and we started replacing parts. In the last year we have replaced the cleaning head, both drive wheels/motors, the brush spinner motor, and have tried several sets of rollers. All of the moving parts. More than $200 spent on parts since it was out of warranty. All were OEM iRobot parts. We have also tried placing the base in several places around the house. As of today, the tech person (all of which have been tried to be helpful) reccomended replacing the battery. Back to square one. She says if that doesn't work, I'll need to send the robot in after spending the last year and change buying parts. The whole process is maddening. So after $200 in parts I will need to pay to ship the robot in and hope they can fix it.

The ability to control the Roomba from a remote location is a great feature that I recommend for everyone. Also having the ability to see what messages the robot is displaying is a plus.

this robot cleaner exceeds my expectations. You can use it via cellphone from everywhere, inside and outside of your wifi network.

This is our third roomba and have loved everyone of them. This version is great as you can set geo fences of where you want and don’t want the roomba to go

Can’t imagine how dirty are the floors. I scheduled to run everyday and it always pickup fine dust. I’m glad I purchase this product. It helps a lot for everyday cleaning.

So far so good . I wasn't sure if it was worth it at first but I'm really liking it.. it helps keep the floors dust free as I'm cleaning everything else

This keeps our place clean. I like the app and the map feature. It works really well, wouldn’t mind having two. A good purchase.

I love that I can start this Roomba ftom an app for the times I make it upstairs before I remember or out the door to work. It is such a great little helper!

This roomba does a good job when it isn’t getting stuck on anything. Floor needs to be completely clear.

Does an excellent job vacuuming. My first one lasted about a year...fortunately I had purchased the warranty & so Best Buy replacedit for me without hassle.

This is great for our house. It gets struck from time to time but does a great job. Made cleaning a lot easier for my older parents.

Works very well besides getting sucks on our thick rug often. Roomba believes it’s brushes are clogged but instead she is just on a thick rug. Annoying.

Was debating about which type of vacuum robot to purchase but decided on the iRobot 960. Overall good product. Does tend to miss some items and doesn't go back for it.

Most effective when used daily, just make sure to clear loose clothes/shoes/other stuff out of the way. The cat still runs and hides, though.

This is my 1st Roomba and it certainly meets expectations! I have a Husky (dog) and this machine has no problem picking up all of the dog hair.
