Perfect for basic cleanup. Cleans hair and general dust. Doesn’t do a thorough cleaning as a stand up vacuum cleaner would do. But a big time saver.

Love this product made the wife very happy just set it and forget it. It runs on the schedule we set up and goes over the entire house.

Robo vacuums are still evolving in my opinion, but this certainly picks up a ton of things the handheld vacuum missed.

Over all a great vacuum, it does get stuck sometimes but what can you expect. I can't believe how much dirt and dust it picks up!

So far the 960 has worked well. It does get hung on rugs often. Other than that it keeps the pet hair and dirt down to a minimum in the house.

I love the iRoomba 960. It is not cheap, but well worth the money. A little on the noisy side but it does such a great job picking up dirt that I don't care.

Great vacuum, I have 2 German Shepard dogs and its able to vacuum all the hair. Works great will recommend to anyone.

This vacuum does an amazing job. It does get caught up on things every once in awhile. Love the recharge and resume feature.

overall good vacuum doesn't replace your weekly clean throughout the home but I like the fact it picks up all my cats hair daily

So worth the money. We have wood floors and 2 huskies, means dog hair galore. This helps keep the dog hair cleaned up for me everyday! It's a life saver!

Fantastic upgrade over prior units. WIFI connectivity and the phone app allws me to control Roomba remotely. Does a great job cleaning up pet hair.

Overall excellent on hardwood surfaces, maneuvers around obstacles, and cleans nearly every square ft of house. However, my biggest complaint is pet hair on carpet. Long hair from golden doodle ends up in clumps of fur all over carpet. Living room looks worse after 960 cleans. Now I have to get upright vacuum out to clean up clumps. Recommend for hard surfaces, but not pet hair on carpet.

I previously had an older model and upgraded to this version. I absolutely love it. It syncs with my Google home and the app works flawlessly

Does a great job covering all areas of our floors. Only issue is it getting stuck under two chairs that we have to figure out how to prevent.
