We are very happy with our Roomba 960. It is our second roomba after the previous one died. It was easy enough to set up on the app and cleans the whole house.

We love Rosie. We have 3 dogs in the house. We run Rosie almost everyday. No more hairballs on the floor.

One of the best investments i have EVER made. Great vacuum with great power and responsibility. Has not failed me yet.

Roomba is good and effective. The only downsize is it blows up a bit of the dust while sweeping and may get stuck on a spot every once in a while.

Love the little robot vacuum. Works great. No problems at all. Could use a little bigger dirt bin.

Great vacuum, I have 2 German Shepard dogs and its able to vacuum all the hair. Works great will recommend to anyone.

Overall excellent on hardwood surfaces, maneuvers around obstacles, and cleans nearly every square ft of house. However, my biggest complaint is pet hair on carpet. Long hair from golden doodle ends up in clumps of fur all over carpet. Living room looks worse after 960 cleans. Now I have to get upright vacuum out to clean up clumps. Recommend for hard surfaces, but not pet hair on carpet.

Perfect for basic cleanup. Cleans hair and general dust. Doesn’t do a thorough cleaning as a stand up vacuum cleaner would do. But a big time saver.

Bought this to replace an older Roomba 560. Definitely cleans a lot more efficiently than our previous Roomba. No complaints, highly recommend.

overall good vacuum doesn't replace your weekly clean throughout the home but I like the fact it picks up all my cats hair daily

I feel that it got lost in the house and wasn't able to return to homeboy base without me intervening.

I am in my beginnings with Roomba and it takes a time to set it for a full house recognition. I was expecting a superior vacuum power, but it makes its work.

This vacuum does an amazing job. It does get caught up on things every once in awhile. Love the recharge and resume feature.

So far the 960 has worked well. It does get hung on rugs often. Other than that it keeps the pet hair and dirt down to a minimum in the house.

Amazing! Takes a little getting used to but I can leave the house and this guy will sweep my whole apartment!

This is the best thing we have purchased in a few years... We have a lab and he sheds big time Roomba gets all the hair and keeps the floors clean

Delayed writing a review to give it time and because of other reviews. It was great to start but gets stuck in a room even one of the least used rooms in house and then does not finish in the other rooms on its mapping. Have noticed it not picking up as much now after 1 year and misses alot of areas even after resetting mapping. Alot to spend for it to decline performance so quickly

Could be smarter but gets the job done. I could be smarter but get the job done also so I am happy with this vacuum.

I love my new Roomba vacuum. It saves me time and worry! It's great to come home to clean floors and not have to spend time vacuuming!
