    After seeing many great reviews of the Roomba 960 model, I went ahead and bought this from Best Buy. During out first week of use, the specific piece that we got ran into docking issues and got stuck many times in the middle of a job. I guess this might be an issue with just my piece being defective, but anyways, went ahead and exchanged this for 980 model and I'm pretty happy with it now.

    The suction power is truly amazing. My dog tears toys into small pieces which is no problem for the roomba

    Small bin gets full easily, especially with carpet or rug fibers. Doesn’t get corners, where on hardwood most dust, dog hair, and dirt accumulate. Not sure how well it will last, seems to get worse over time with length of run time and bin is only half full when it says it needs to be emptied.
