Customers are saying
Customers love the Roomba 960's cleaning performance, especially on carpets and hardwood floors, and appreciate its ease of use. Many find it effective for pet hair removal, and while some mention the noise level, others find it acceptable. However, customers frequently cite navigation issues and a small dustbin as drawbacks, along with concerns about battery life.

Meh
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The theory behind this is great, but downside is it’s EXTREMELY finicky, it’s extremely fragile, and everything affects it- different height rugs, the butt of the fridge stops it, small water droplets cause dust to get stuck inside and not work. Go with getting a cordless dyson over this

It's great when it works
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 years later: This robot had to be replace by the company within the first year of ownership because it would not work correctly. After numerous months of shipping the iRobot between the company and us, to include shipping a new battery, the company finally sent a whole new robot and base that worked for about 3 months before it started acting up again by losing connectivity, randomly not emptying itself like it's supposed to, and the robot just "docking itself" in the middle of the room. I followed the cleaning guidance as directed and reset/reboot the iRobot numerous times and this one still does not perform like it is supposed to. We are now waiting on a new base for almost 4 months from Roomba.

Don't waste your money
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because it had the best reports from several sites (including Good Housekeeping), but I am returning it tomorrow. It worked normally at first, then the second time it ran, it couldn't even locate "home". It wonders around aimlessly searching for it (which you can see on the app), but never finds it. After 15 minutes of this, I finally manually turned it off and docked it. I'll stick with my upright vacuum because it's less frustrating.
