What a job! Who knew short circuit was real! Wow..

Works well and can be controlled with my iphone. However, you can't just leave it and forget it, since you have to ba around to empty out the small dirt collection receptacle. Overall, not a bad purchase, allws me to take care of other things while the floors ger vacuumed.

I love that I don't have to vacuum the house myself!

It works ok if you set it to run every day but.... Still leaves large clumps of dog hair in my floor. If you or someone in your house has long hair that ends up on the floor, it gets caught in the rubber grabbers and tears the rubber. I have to physically take my unit apart literally every time I use it. I have to remove the two rubber grabbers and the front wheel to get the hairs out of them. I guess what makes it most problematic is that it’s not so handy and automated if I have to remove both grabbers and the wheel every single time I use it. IF YOU DONT GET THE HAIR OUT OF THE FRONT WHEEL, IT WONT TURN FREELY AND WILL SCRATCH YOUR FLOORS!!!

I loved this but with my two pups it just didnt have enough room to pick up their hair daily without emptying twice. I upgraded to the self emptying and have found the perfect machine. 1 month in and loving the 7 series.

Only complaint is that is does not clean over rugs.

It works well, but I honestly can’t trust leaving it to work without being close by to watch it not knock over a mirror or get stuck on a carpet. Over all works well but not as smart as it seems and definitely not worth $550

The Roomba wouldn't vac a portion of my bathroom and a portion of my dining room. I did all the things recommended (made sure it was well lit, etc.) and it didn't help. Contacted support and they told me to do the same things over again. When I told them I'd already done them, they didn't seem to have an answer and had to escalate my concerns to a higher level. When they called back, it was the same recommendations. I ended up returning it. Got a different vac and it works great!

I had the other lower model 890 for almost a year and started to have a squeaky sound and loud noise, good thing i had a geek squad, and now im trying this next model 960 but i was shocked that it has a VERY LOUD NOISE to begin with, and when it runs and move forward, it stops in the middle and turn around, unlike the 890 model that keeps going forward and will only turn when it hits something... i give this a try for few days and lets see...

This was great to try out. I loved that it had a particular pattern through, but I found it dead in the middle of the room a few times. I returned it.

We have 2 cats with longer hair, an Aussie and a Sheltie. I did a trial run on the first night after vacuuming the day before with our normal vacuum. The roomba just moved the hair into nice straight lines. After making a few passes it had barely picked up any hair that was clearly still on the carpet. Will be returning today as its just not powerful enough to do the job I expected for the price. It is pretty fun to watch the cats chase though, so it earns an extra star.

This vacuum works well when it works. It is sensitive and needs to be readjusted repeatedly to charge. It has needed to be serviced twice already. We started using it after Christmas 2020, it is now no longer able to be fixed 18 months later and must be replaced. We had to replace the brushes many times. We run it three times a week in just our family room. I do not recommend this product.

love it however before getting this one i used 690 which vacuums a lot more so dont know why cheapest performs better in vacuum but overall i love it needs a lot of improvements.

Struggles with mats and rugs. We now have to pick up any mats before it runs. Also looking at some double sided tape to keep the corners of the rug down.

Pretty cool product. Easy to set up and use. I just wish there were more cleaning options. Similiar products let you choose areas to clean. This one doesnt

I dont know if I have a defective robovac or what but roomba always sends me an error message every time I have it running. Just this morning i had it running and I got an error alert on my phone that my roomba requires attention. I went to check on it, flipped it over and there was nothing wrong with. I don’t know what’s wrong? I clean the trash bin and wipe all the sensors clean. I start it again and shortly I got another error alert. My roomba need help again

It can not handle Cheerios on a hard floor, it makes a bigger mess! If BB had not shortened the return period beyond reason, I would be taking it back. It's the most expensive vacuum that I have ever bought and the absolute worst. A $20 stick from Walmart does a better job. If you are a neat adult with carpet, it's cool. If you have kids or pets, you will regret it.

Suction seamed okay, the dust tray is not very user friendly, it did not handle transitions very well and it is by far the noisiest vacume I have used, the first day of use the wheels started squeaking extremely loud almost like nails on a chalkboard. I had a shark vacume before this one and that worked great for the money and returned the irobot for a neato and it is by far superior to both of these vacuums.

This is our 3rd one. This one only lasted a year, where the first one made it 2 years. I do like the wheels on the new ones better.
