This iRobot will work and clean the floor but it gets stuck on nothing half the time and won’t make it back to home it also has troubles transitioning from any floor to another let alone can barley make it on a very thin rug it will keep bumping into it and eventually give up and stall out and request help this could literally happen only a min into its clean cycle and then the floor won’t get cleaned

Keep stopping during cleaning. We are thinking to returning it.

I called for a replacement, the order is delayed with possibility to be canceled, if I don’t receive it in 7 days.

Don’t buy this! It was all good when it first arrived but after 4 months a small flap that holds the dust in broke off. We had to buy a new bin cartridge which took 3 months to arrive and was not covered under warranty! It then was working for maybe another 6 months (used only 16 times in that time) when it broke again. The small motor inside the bin doesn’t work. Of course, we’re now outside our warranty period. Back and forth with Roomba Customer Service for 3-4 months (with long periods of silence) and now they refuse to give us any solution to a non-working machine because “it’s out of warranty”. It has done an ok job when it did work but why spend all that money on something that only does an ok job and then for it to break? We have only used as instructed and have had pretty simple cleaning areas (rugs/hardwood floors). What a letdown.

I haven't had a chance to fully evaluate the unit and all its functions to give a honest opinion, but overall the unit is a good buy. 

Roomba worked well for a year but no more. Their tech support is a joke, not helpful at all.

Nice vacuum. Not what I was expecting but it does the job

This is my second Roomba.The trash compartments always flash full when they are not full..cheaper models are just as effective if not more

This thing was fine - until is wasn't. First the left wheel unit went out at 6 months, which was $75 to replace. Then the large component in the middle that has the spinning brushes went out at 8 months, with a similar cost. Then at the 11 month mark, the cheap piece of plastic that the front bumper attaches to broke at all the screw holes. I sent pictures to Irobot asking for a replacement part under warranty, which I'm sure would have been a $2 part. Instead I was told to send the whole unit in for warranty repair. The shipping box took three weeks to show up, and the vacuum has been in their hands for 5 weeks with no idea on when it will get shipped back to me - multiple emails to the manufacturer have resulted in copy/paste replies. Never, ever again. If this piece of junk breaks again I'm buying a Shark.

Start with the good - the bin always fills up with dog hair and dust, day after day, so it's actually doing something! My floors are much cleaner than they were before, and I have to vacuum way less often. Now, the bad: - Gets stuck ALL THE TIME. In a tight corner, a stray cord, in the middle of an open floor. - Tells me the bin is full when it's not - Get's stuck ALL THE TIME. Under the bed, under the couch, in the middle of the floor. - Sometimes it can't dock properly and doesn't charge - Gets stuck ALL THE TIME. "Jammed right wheel", "Jammed left wheel" Did I mention it gets stuck literally ALL THE TIME?

The brushes kept bending and dont work really good around the edges of anything. It kept getting stuck everywhere. It is not good for pet hair either. Really sucked because i was so excited about it. Get yourself a broom instead.... if you want clean... this is not it.

Does a good job but misses key feature to clean specific area in house.

Crazy as Bat guano, does not complete the job. too erratic.

Would like to see rotating brushes on both sides of the unit. Leaves dirt around the baseboards.:(

It was just okay. I would not purchase again. Not worth the price.

Overall we are happy but it does not work as well as we expected on carpet.

The Roomba worked great and picked up lots of dust from the capers. However, it took close to 11 hours to clean our house. The vacuum would clean for a while then recharge for 1+ hour then clean again. By the time it cleaned 3,000 sq/ft it took close to 11 hours. We returned the Roomba for this reason.

Its not good as the old models and battery will empty very fast

Don't waste your money. After several times on the phone with Roomba, and trying to get tech support through Best Buy. This is a lemon of all lemons. Will go for a short period and then stop. REcharge battery and then same thing.

I took this back for a Dyson , not great with carpet
