I bought this vacuum because it was recommended for houses with pets. I have 1 dog. The vacuum could not go more than 3 days without requiring a break down and rebuild. Had to take wheels off, remove rollers, empty crevices. It was at least 10 minutes of work cleaning out the inner workings of the vacuum every 3 days, like clockwork. It is so much easier to just continue sweeping like I was doing before. I cannot NOT recommend this vacuum enough. I bought it on sale for $299 and it is not even worth $50. I returned the vacuum today. This review is purely about the vacuum and not Best Buy

Worked just fine for 2 years, last 6 months have had lots of charging problems and getting lost until the battery dies, then we have to go find it. Worsk as advertised when it works, app is great. Our main floor is 1700 square ft, we have to empty the bin 4 to 5 times to finish the whole floor. We were just told the electrical contacts are just worn out and we need a new robot, after 2 1/2 years and almost a thousand bucks purchase price. That is unacceptable to us. That's poor design and build. Back to our 15 year old, $150 Hoover Windtunnel.

Not sure about this product. Need to try som more.

3 stars. Worked great for 6 months. We'll see how they honor their warranty.

Lousy documentation for this product on package when opened

Stay away from this product!!!! stops halfway through cycle saying bin is full. make sure it is empty, throughly clean. Runs for 15 minutes and stops again. Trash!

The roomba 960 works fairly well. Did tend to get stuck a lot.

Still gets stuck on carpet mats but vacuums up much better

Bought this for my wife to touch up bare floors and a single area rug. Got a little hung up on the rug and just moved dog hair deeper into corners. Lastly, it failed to self dock and kept trying to dock to the outlet it was plugged into.

It can struggle on big jobs and cant handle level changes

I've had this roomba for six years and it is still going strong. I have it run through my condo every morning and it leaves the floor so much cleaner with not much extra work from me -- just emptying the bin and changing parts every once in a while to keep everything running smoothly. I like the mapping feature.

Had what I wanted but price was much. One other item they did not.

Did not work for me , to much furniture and to many walls .

Returned due to not going over different floor types.

I should have purchased the one that has GPS. It just aimlessly goes where it wants to go, with no purpose or plan. It doesn’t have great suction. I wish I’d gone up a level.

Not the best product at all! I would not recommend. The concept of a robotic vacuum is awesome, the actual quality of the vacuum is not that great. It does an okay job on hard wood floors, but does not work well on carpet.

I am not happy that spend the money on this thing. I always have to sweep after it. I have hardwood floors and throw rugs and it always get stuck on those, so I have to move them every time it runs, so annoying.

We purchased this to help with daily vacuuming because of our pets. We picked the one designed to be the most affective for pet hair. It failed us miserably. The bin sensor would say the bin was full because a little, tiny amount of hair was blocking it and would stop the job. It would stop the job in the middle of the cleaning. We had it set to run at the same time prior to us getting home from work and each time the job would start and almost immediately run into a problem. Honestly, it was more trouble than it was worth. So we returned it almost immediately. Probably would be perfect for homes with no pets and furniture is only on the perimeter of rooms.

The unit has what’s known as cliff sensors which protect the vacuum from falling down stairs. The problem with the sensors is they detect darkness. If it sees darkness it assumes it’s going to fall and stops in its tracks and backs up. Basically my vacuum will not clean any part of my home that has a dark colored carpet. I don’t have stairs in my home and the maker didn’t develop a way to disable these sensors. I find the vacuum to be unusable because of this situation.

Stopped working. Battery dies very fast. Even when bin is cleaned it would have the lights to clean bin.
