Product appears to have been opened before. The box is busted up and security tape seems to be tampered with. I ordered product online and because you are unable to inspect it they can ship you one that you certainly would not have bought off the shelf looking like that very disappointed that Best Buy would do that.

Pros: Great design Good support and customer support Cons: Poor suction compared to Samsung and Xiaomi.

I fell for all the hype about this product and it works as advertised, HOWEVER, we have white French oak floors in our home and when the unit gets hung up on any obstacle it spun its wheels, dug into the floor and let visible gouges. We returned it and got a Shark vacuum, which we adore. Product great for most situations, but not for us.

one wouldn't connect to the internet now this one the wheels squeak

Literally the worst thing ever. Want something that vacuums one part of your carpet and nothing else? Look no further! Will get into places that it cannot get out even though THERE IS A CLEAR OPENING! Yes, I’m a little angry at it but come on. I have more than just that little patch of carpet. -_-

Went from being my new favorite purchase to the worst ever purchase in 48 hours. Every time it runs it gets hung up on area rugs. Not once did it finish a cycle because of this. Two rugs have already been destroyed. Does iRobot replace my rugs??? Do not waste your time with this if you have area rugs of any kind.

This vacuum was quite loud on tile and wooden floors. I returned it.

I tried several times and several ways but this did almost nothing for my house. Dog hair was just as bad after the roomba had finished. Filter almost never had dog hair in it but it did have other dusty items. Just not enough suction.

I reviewed and reviewed before purchasing the Roomba 960. Planned to get an earlier model, but so glad to have purchased this one. Vacuumed with my canister vac before starting this one and it still picked up lots more. So nice that it runs under furniture and beds to get to places you can't easily reach with canister or stick vac. Dogs in household and it does a great job with dog hair and dust/dirt tracked in. Dogs don't mind it at all, they will just move out of the way, when they see it coming, or, it just bumps into them and turns and goes another way. It is very quiet, not silent but quiet. Can easily work at my desk and be on the phone, etc with it running. Handles navigation from carpet to hardwood and throw rugs well. If throw has a really high pile, it will go around. If lightweight rugs curl up, it really tries to, and is usually successful in navigating around and dealing with this. So far, it has never gotten stuck! A great timesaver and so far has really improved the dust on furniture, so saves time there as well. The app control is easy to use and allows you to easily tell what is going on with the vac. It runs till it needs a charge, returns itself to the charger and when charged, will return to finish the job. Very pleased with the purchase so far!!!!

Not to good on carpet, took it back for the 980 model

Did not pick up dog hair in the manner it was advertised. Left hair and dirt in a trail behind as it went. Never "learned" the house map despite repeated attempts. Wound up returning it.

Owned roomba vacuums before , but overall not satisfied with product as I watched the vaccuum clearly drive through some dirt and nothing was picked up after in its path .

If you have a dog. Do not get this. Would be great for the occasional vacuum. But, not for household that really needs a good vacuum.

It was a waste of money never vacuums right it always shuts off in the middle of vacuuming never goes back home I always have to pick it up and take it back

I had to return it as it would not cross the 4-6 inch wide black stripes in my carpets. The areas it did go over it left small clumps of dog fur.

We had dreams that the nearly one thousand dollar vacuum could actually suck up hair off of a carpet. It did okay on the hard floors but definitely not like the commercials

Did fine on tile but it damaged a rug. Got caught in fringe and ripped it. So returned it. Probably would have done job if I didn't have fringed rugs
