It was supposed to be great for long haired humans and pets. It would braid my Bernese’s fur into a yarn and leave it on the floor. I was very disappointed,

I’ve had the vacuum for almost 2 years, I have only used it a handful of times, maybe 20 total. The thing will not suck anything up. Waste of almost $600.

Worked fine for first few months. Then started saying ‘Error 2’ no matter how much I clean the brushes. No good buy!!

This vacuum would not connect to WiFi and was returned because of this issue. It does have more goodies in the box compared to the i7.

This would constantly get stuck and clogged, ended up selling it. If you have dogs/ dog hair, this isn't the roomba for you.

I was tired of hearing my hubby whine about dog hair every day. We both work out of the home and don't have a maid or housekeeper so I decided to make my life easier. I've tried 3 different robot vacuums and this one is the best so far. First was the Roomba 860 - my first robot vacuum so I was impressed until after a couple of weeks it just seemed to keep getting stuck in the same places and didn't vacuum the "dog hair rug" very well. I returned it and tried the PowerBot 9020 - It vacuumed better than the 860 but had no programming feature which I couldn't live without. It was also taller than the Roombas and had difficulty getting over the edges of rugs I have in the house (mainly the ones that have a carpet pad under them). After a week it also started getting stuck in this one corner by the stairs. It could get out by backing up but wouldn't do it. So then after research I decided to pay out a little more cash and try the Roomba 960 (I wanted the 980 but couldn't justify the extra $200). I ran the 960 yesterday and it's GREAT. It spent lots of time on the "dog hair rug" and I think it vacuumed it better than us humans do with the dyson. It's programmable which was a necessity for me. From other reviewers I suspect it will figure out the layout of the rooms after running a few times. It's already got the layout on the app - although not exact yet. I would highly recommend this one. I even watched it go on it's route in the kitchen, notice it had missed a small piece of debris, and go back and get it! wow! I was impressed with that. It goes back to it's charging station when it needs to recharge. Basically it does everything I need it to do to help a busy household out with one less chore being done so often. We'll still vacuum ourselves occasionally but this thing will save us a lot of time.

This item came to me broken it was coding errors when I called they said they could not replace it they were out of them.

I bought it on October 22, 2019, but this machine is getting noisier and I have maintained it according to the instructions.

Not happy less than 45 days old and the brush stopped working paid for extended warranty going to lose that money

Very underwhelming. For the price, this should do better on hardwood floors. Left specks of leaves and pine needles.

tried after 980 for cheaper price...wifi didn't work on this model either...not worth the money...overmarketed and not worthit...

Just pushed the dust around and took an hour and half to clean about 550 square feet.

We had the 770 model for years and loved it. Decided to upgrade to the newer technology and have regretted it ever since.

Great robot only lasted one year. Call Rumba and manufactures warranty expired.

Not easy to setup. Didn't clean that well on carpet. Returned product and bought an Ecovacs Deebot DM85
