Customers are saying

Customers love the Roomba 960's cleaning performance, especially on carpets and hardwood floors, and appreciate its ease of use. Many find it effective for pet hair removal, and while some mention the noise level, others find it acceptable. However, customers frequently cite navigation issues and a small dustbin as drawbacks, along with concerns about battery life.

Between my two long haired dogs and my own long hair I have to vacuum almost every day. Roomba can substitute every other day and drives under cabinets and sofas where I have difficulty to clean. It’s definitely not perfect, but I knew what I wanted it for. The charge lasts for about 75 min. I think that’s ok considering the different surfaces and corners it encounters.

  • Navigates shag carpet and thick rugs well.

I am happy with this Roomba. I bought it on the basis of reviews. It does perform very well on a medium shag carpet with a lot of wool throw rugs. It has a lot of suction power (if our rugs were valuable, I would be concerned about possible damage, especially to the edges). I am very satisfied with the Roomba 960, and our carpets look better than ever.

We actually ended up returning this because it got stuck trying to go under our slightly higher couch and in some corner spaces frequently. So it definitely would not be reliable while we were doing other things, easier to just vacuum myself. I have to say where it did work it worked fine

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
