Easy to set up and I am very satisfied with the cleaning results. Works as advertised.

I am happy with this Roomba. I bought it on the basis of reviews. It does perform very well on a medium shag carpet with a lot of wool throw rugs. It has a lot of suction power (if our rugs were valuable, I would be concerned about possible damage, especially to the edges). I am very satisfied with the Roomba 960, and our carpets look better than ever.

My dog has a habit of carrying treats around then hiding them. This Roomba found a frosted carob treat and let me tell you, it picked it right up!! It also made a mess inside the unit. It took several times of cleaning it out until it stopped giving me the "bin full" notification. That said, it's back to perfect working condition. It does all it says and doesn't bang into furniture like my 560.

It is nice to not have run around and push a vacuum cleaner, just set the program time and let it go.

It picked up everything and didn't miss a spot. Better than expected.

The house has never clean as now. This model is also very useful with my dog hair.

Had a rom a before but this one is much "smarter" and cleans great...floors better than carpet though

We have tried many different models of vacuuming robots and this is simply the best

Perfect vacuum cleaner for my house and very easy to maintain.

This is a good machine, however I believe some kinks need to be worked out with this product. It takes the Roomba three and a half to four hours to do my home. The Roomba will go over the same area time and time again. It also has some difficulty transitioning from hardwood/tile floors to carpet. That being said, I would still buy it over again. It does clean the floor, even if it goes over the same spot a dozen times.

Easy to set up. Works great. Love my Roomba! Use it every day.

We have 3 dogs, 2 of witch are German Shepherds. I guess we were asking too much with these machine's. It doesn't seem to remember where its been, it seems to go over some areas more than once and completely ignores others. We had a Samsung unit prior to this and that one was much quieter and could read the room. Might return and go back to my full size upright.

Between my two long haired dogs and my own long hair I have to vacuum almost every day. Roomba can substitute every other day and drives under cabinets and sofas where I have difficulty to clean. It’s definitely not perfect, but I knew what I wanted it for. The charge lasts for about 75 min. I think that’s ok considering the different surfaces and corners it encounters.
