Customers are saying
Customers love the Roomba 960's cleaning performance, especially on carpets and hardwood floors, and appreciate its ease of use. Many find it effective for pet hair removal, and while some mention the noise level, others find it acceptable. However, customers frequently cite navigation issues and a small dustbin as drawbacks, along with concerns about battery life.

Great cleaner when you don't have the time
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my husband and he really loved it. He put it on his phone as an app so he can control it anytime. It did get stuck when we came home one day and died out in the living room. But that was only once so far. It sure picks up lots of dust & lint each day. It's not quiet, but it's not overly loud. Takes getting used to. We have wood floors & it saves from having to sweep each day. Great item to have!

Great vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great introduction to robot vacuums, however, it tends to go over an area several times. It also has trouble changing levels over a fireplace hearth and carpet. Does pick up a significant amount of dirt. We used a regular upright vacuum first and then had the IRobot go over the same area. the amount of dirt it collected was amazing.

Big improvements over 2nd gen models
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The new generation of Roomba is so much better than the 2nd gen, which we previously had. The connection to the smartphones is a very convenient feature for remote starting and to track where the Roomba has been. In addition, the increased sensors and computing power make this Roomba much more efficient than the 2nd gen.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a full-time working mom of 3 with a dog and of course my wonderful husband. Great Cleaning, Complicated Maintenance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is our first vacuuming robot. We have had lots of experience with the Braava Mopping Robot but its operation is much simpler. With this new Roomba, we love the ability to control it from our iPhones. It does a great job and the only issue, though really small, is maintenance. The dirt storage seems small and the cleanup maintenance is a little complicated. It's worth it.
