Customers are saying
Customers love the Roomba 960's cleaning performance, especially on carpets and hardwood floors, and appreciate its ease of use. Many find it effective for pet hair removal, and while some mention the noise level, others find it acceptable. However, customers frequently cite navigation issues and a small dustbin as drawbacks, along with concerns about battery life.

Cannot live without this!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yes, at first I was THAT guy; c'mon you can't sweep and you need a robot? Well, until I finally got a Roomba I didn't realize what I was NOT sweeping. This machine picks up everything, efficiently and gets into places that I couldn't clean up so well. Under beds, under furniture everything is cleaner than ever!! Worth EVERY PENNY!!!

Replace the wife
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Roomba is unbelievable how much dirt is picked up would have gave 5 star to exception of running from a hard floor to a rug he does not like that he will roll it up and have it drug to other side of room. Was skeptical with this purchase before operating now that I have ran it a couple months I would definitely purchase again a plan on purchasing the mop next

Love it, but move furniture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first, I was not pleased with the purchase, but then I moved a few items around in the house & it works great. If you have a pet that sheds, you need to empty and clean it daily. Does a great job on my small area rug and maneuvers the best it can around my dining table & chairs. Makes cleaning a lot easier. Love the automatic setting & the app so I know what rooms were cleaned and what spots it’s missing.

Great !
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big kids toy and a magnet for toddlers. My 1 year chases all over the house. This model is a great, it scans and cleans the floor plan. Goes to charge and comes right back to work when fully charge. I just wish it had more power, dollar for dollar I honestly think they can put more pulling power in the vacuum. Defined recommend it, great gadget.

Meant for small apartments
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you have a big house, this isn't gonna work for you. It's been months and it still doesn't have a good layout of the place, and repeats areas it has already cleaned. Speaking of, the cleaning isn't 100%, you really have to watch over it. Misses a lot of areas
