Great for busy families

I program it to start cleaning in the morning. When we all come back home, the floors are vacuumed. It will vacuum for about an hour and a half before it will return to the charging station to recharge. I simply empty the bin every night and let it clean up again the next day. It’s great to have.

Amazing Technology

Other times it will lodge itself under every piece of furniture it can or be overly dramatic and get "stuck on a cliff" when it's just on the edge of a rug, raised less than an inch. I think it just gets lonely and wants attention.

Great upgrade to an older model

I upgraded to this model as it had great reviews. Overall I think it's much better on smooth floors and I love that it has an organized cleaning pattern. But it does get bogged down on thick shag carpet and will stop working. I love that I can start it remotely and it shows me the area that has been cleaned.

Almost perfect

We love the scheduling and it does a good job at majority of the floor. The only two problems we have are that it can get wedged or stuck on creased carpets or just low enough beds and dressers. Additionally, we still use our handheld vacuum to clean under places where we normally move them out of the way.
