WAS RELUCTANT TO BUY IT BUT MONEY WELL SPEND DOES EXCELLENT JOB WITH NP PROBLEN

I was skeptical in the beginning. I have a dog and 2 cats. I really did not think it would be able to get the pet hair up very good but I was wrong. It does a fantastic job! I just start it from my phone and when it finishes it returns to it's charging base. It can "see" the drop off of steps going down and maneuvers perfectly. I absolutely love it!

This is a great Roomba (960) which we have really enjoyed. There have been no issues with this product. It is the second Roomba that our family has purchased. This one is a great upgrade over the previous model. The price at Bestbuy was very competitive and I love their lowest price guarantee.

Works great. Would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

It does well could be a little better for the price

Set-up was easy. Vacuums really good. Need to ensure any cords or items are out of the way or it may get stuck. Returns to dock to recharge and will then resume where it left off to vacuum. Battery lasts about 1 1/2 hours during vacuum process. Would be nice if the included two virtual wall instead of just one in the package.

Cleans all the rooms in my house! It’s a perfect little housekeeper.

Great Investment. It gets hung up every once in a while, but overall its worth it.

I had a 770 which was having problems charging and was getting long in the tooth. I upgraded to this model as it had great reviews. Overall I think it's much better on smooth floors and I love that it has an organized cleaning pattern. But it does get bogged down on thick shag carpet and will stop working. I love that I can start it remotely and it shows me the area that has been cleaned.

I purchased this over a year ago and I am still impressed. If you keep this clean and replace the filter and brush heads periodically, you will know when they need it, this thing just keeps going. It doesn’t seem like much but the time not spent vacuuming every week pays for itself!!

This is our second iRobot and we love it! We program it to go off daily and it works like a charm. The Roomba 960 works much better (better suction) than our previous it seems but it could also be because the other was getting old. This one is also controllable from a mobile app which works great....even tells you when it's stuck. Very happy with this Roomba.

nice vacuum. it is loud but does a good job. Sometimes does not return to dock

This Roomba does a fairly good job. If I run it every day, it eventually gets up most of the cat fur and cat litter pieces. It spends a lot of time in small, confined spaces and not enough time in large, open spaces. I use five Virtual Wall Barriers in an effort to keep it out of areas where it has a hard time.

Easy to set up and program. This makes cleaning so much easier.

This product works great It goes under the couch and picks up the dog hair easily.

Out of box...plugged in...pressed button...floor clean. Just that easy!
