Love this little guy. After an initial issue with the battery, which iRobot promptly addresses, this robot has been working pretty darn well. I will say it is more consistent than a more technologically "advanced" vacuuming robot I also own. This robot simply does a great job for what it was designed, vacuuming carpets.

This product works great It goes under the couch and picks up the dog hair easily.

nice vacuum. it is loud but does a good job. Sometimes does not return to dock

OK but has some issues. We have hardwoods with area rugs mainly, Many times won't go on the runner rug in the entry to our home. Has to be reset constantly. Small dirt container. Will get stuck about 80% of the runs and it doesn't appear to be anything to stick on. Much better than the Shark we had before and returned because it would not work right even once every 10 runs. We have had four different robot vacs and this is about average. the best we had was Neato. I had several folks recommend this model so we tried it but it is much more trouble than the Neato which seemed to do everything pretty well, but would break every year or two and need to be replaced. Wish someone would make one that was truly outstanding and durable,

This Roomba does a fairly good job. If I run it every day, it eventually gets up most of the cat fur and cat litter pieces. It spends a lot of time in small, confined spaces and not enough time in large, open spaces. I use five Virtual Wall Barriers in an effort to keep it out of areas where it has a hard time.

This is our second iRobot and we love it! We program it to go off daily and it works like a charm. The Roomba 960 works much better (better suction) than our previous it seems but it could also be because the other was getting old. This one is also controllable from a mobile app which works great....even tells you when it's stuck. Very happy with this Roomba.

I was skeptical in the beginning. I have a dog and 2 cats. I really did not think it would be able to get the pet hair up very good but I was wrong. It does a fantastic job! I just start it from my phone and when it finishes it returns to it's charging base. It can "see" the drop off of steps going down and maneuvers perfectly. I absolutely love it!

Out of box...plugged in...pressed button...floor clean. Just that easy!

Roomba is easy to use and effective, my wife and I are very happy and satisfy.

I was very surprised to see how good this worked. Very quiet and efficient.

It gets used everyday and on cue, it works perfectly. Cleans every square inch of the bottom floor on one charge. Never had an issue with it and it makes for the perfect assistant. Bluetooth even works better on it so that I can use it while out of town or away from home.

This vaccum does a great job. It cleans the floors very well. I was impressed with how it navigates to every part of the house. The only negative is that sometimes the tray fills up quickly with pet hair and then it needs to be manually dumped before it can finish the house. Only an issue if you are trying to have it clean the house while you are away from home
