Easy to set-up and does a great job!

Need to ensure any cords or items are out of the way or it may get stuck. Returns to dock to recharge and will then resume where it left off to vacuum. Battery lasts about 1 1/2 hours during vacuum process. Would be nice if the included two virtual wall instead of just one in the package.

Roomba 960

There have been no issues with this product. It is the second Roomba that our family has purchased. This one is a great upgrade over the previous model. The price at Bestbuy was very competitive and I love their lowest price guarantee.

Great when it doesn't get stuck

I have pets so having this run every other day while I'm at work really helps keep the dust and hair under control. My only complaint is that it will get stuck on bathroom mats and area rugs. I read other reviews that don't have this problem so maybe I need to tweak it somehow. For now I just shut bathroom doors.

2nd Roomba

We had the 650 & loved being able to run the vacuum everyday and know our floors & rugs were clean. We loved it so much that we decided to upgrade. We always buy appliances from Best Buy because of the warranty. We had a battery issue with the 650 & Best Buy exchanged it hassle free. Thanks again Best Buy for the exceptional customer service.
