This roomba is fine… it gives me more problems than Ive ever had with much much much cheaper shark robot vacuums. It sometimes seems to forget where it is and goes into no go zones or aimlessly wanders the house until it dies in a room it wasnt supposed to clean. I have not gotten the mop function to work so that is a major disappointment.

Although I do love the roomba, it is sometimes temperamental when it comes to emptying into the rubbish bin.

I am very pleased, my assistant cleans all corners very well, I have already forgotten how to clean floors because she does it for me, thank you very much for my assistant

I was a little skeptical about buying this model since I had issues with the previous iRobot I had. I’m really glad I took a chance on this purchase, I have 3 cats and 3 dogs who constantly shed this model has really good suction power and so far, it hasn’t gotten stuck, it doesn't have any issues docking on the base., and the transition between carpet, hardwood, and tile are seamless. The mopping power isn’t amazing but it does keep my floors tidy until I can give the floors a good scrub. I am VERY happy with my purchase.

The concept is incredible for this vacuum. Mop and Vacuum at once and I never have to do it again? Incredible! Wake up to a clean house. Sign me up! In actuality, the robot has given me many issues. When it mops and vacuums at the same time, it turns the dust bin to mud and then basically becomes like concrete and needs to be cleaned out by hand. I've run into many errors with the clean base and now need to have it replaced. There are many software errors. It's almost taken me as much time to tend to this thing as it would have taken just to vacuum and mop myself. I give it 3 stars because I'm hopeful that the unit is bad and just needs to be replaced. If it works much better, I will revise.

Really amazing on carpet to wood floor transition.

Never had a robot vacuum/mop before. But after a week of use on hardwood and tile on an open floor plan I’m very happy with the purchase. I think the sale price is reasonable for the mop/vacuum. I would’ve been disappointed with full retail; because that’s a lot of money for a lot of black plastic. I have the settings on most power and water, plus a double pass. It’s reasonably quiet but can take a bit of time. There are the occasional hiccups, but at least I can do other stuff while it’s working. I watched some reviews after purchasing, but before using it which made me ponder returning it. However, I’m glad I gave it a chance and will keep using it daily. The dock is kind of ugly (all of them are) but hopefully I can find some type of cabinet for it. Saves quite a bit of time. I do have short coated dogs and it does a great job vacuuming hair.

After sale support from iRobot is pathetic. Robot works mostly, but frequently gets stuck and requires assistance. After only two months of use it has stopped charging. Customer service has been unable to provide the necessary fix. Long term support for my older s9 has become nonexistent and customer service simply redirects to 3rd party providers. Probably my last iRobot purchase.

Like the roomba but after 1 week I don’t like it just goes round and round I rebooted it and still goes crazy

I really wanted to like it, i tried to like it. Ive has multiple products from this manufacturer with no issues. This latest and gratest module came up short. Streaking laminate floors, would get lost aven thought the mapping was done multiple times. Once it ran out of battery while doing a job. In this day in age, theres no excuse that it couldnt make it back home to base. I bought a competitors vacuum mop qnd are much more satisfied.

Bought this for my wife as a gift. She loved it! Definitely helps out with having a family. If I could I'd buy 2 but, upstairs will have to wait! Appreciate Busy Buy for having it available when needed it. Thank you!

I love the idea of this machine, but in all actuality it’s not able to do either job well. Our S9+ could handle the floor in one run. This thing takes 6 trips back and forth to the base. Even if I vacuum the floor by hand before starting it. And it has errors on top of errors on top of errors. The mop is streaky at best and doesn’t do a good job at all.

This thing is absolutely junk. We have hardwood and tile throughout our house and it constantly has to be reset so that it will work. It will literally pull out of the dock and spin in circles or make about a 3 foot circle. Tried cleaning every sensor and wipe the entire thing down. It can't even find the docking station some days. Tried for several months to make sure we did everything correct but to no avail. This of course made us miss the return period. If anyone in your house has long hair you might as well save your money.

Never ever buy this Robot, today is my 16th day and it stopped working and iRobot support has no clue...here is the problem..so called Mop stuck at top and it wont go back to its place ..so it cannot go back to station to get it charged and it is out of charge there is no way to set it up manually ...so called dedicated team for this pricey robot have no clue ..

This is the third Roomba I have purchased, and they do not disappoint. I have it set up on a schedule to vacuum and mop twice a week, and only vacuum once a week. I purchased the floor cleaner that is recommended for it, and also the only one that keeps warranty intact. So far a great purchase!

I've been wanting to make the leap from basic manual vacuum OR mop Shark Clean to a full auto like this Roomba for years. I was wholeheartedly disappointed, and downright iangry, at how bad this roomba is! It is super noisy. Not "powerful suction noisy;" no, it sounded like it was falling apart as it rolled around squeaking and rattling. The mop does NOT mop; it just drags a damp pad behind it.... the "mapping" was terrible. It skipped half the house, it didnt vacuum in straight lines like our old Shark. Garbage, immediately returned. Not worth $299, let alone $800 sale, LET ALONE $1500.00!! The Eufy Omni 10 is doing everything this machine promised 10x better at half the cost.

Great. It cleans amazingly and not a single ounce of dog hair or dirt or dust.

Cleans and easy to operate and more silent than earlier products

Truly a step up from the antiquated I6 it replaced. This one both vacuums and mops the entire house in 2.5 hours where as the I6 was over 7 hours and it just vacuumed. It doesn't get stuck and is smart about avoiding most items. Got this on sale ($800) and at that price point it's a good value. Depending on your square footage your mileage may vary, but this thing is REALLY good!
