I've been a loyal iRobot customer for years, but this vacuum has seriously made me reconsider. Within the first few weeks, it started falling apart—I had to return the base station, and the roller design is clearly not made with pet owners in mind. It struggles to map my home and often can’t follow the maps it does create. It frequently gets stuck, or worse, just stops working. The mopping feature is disappointing, and the vacuuming on carpet feels like a gimmick. Honestly, I wouldn’t even give this vacuum away.

I love this device. I put off buying it for so long. Wish I had got it sooner. Floors stay clean.

App can get tricky at times But machine works great

cleans the house well enough but i do find the need to have to save it most days from simple things like room transitions a bit annoying.

This little robot makes my life soooo much easier, very easy to set up a schedule and I can not thank their costumer service for all the help when we had a mishap

Cleans very good. But very expensive. Replacement parts are also expensive………….,,

She vacuums. She mops. She does my carpets. She does individual rooms. Shes great.

Love it. The floors are cleaner than ever, even under our beds are dust free.

Nice vacuum cleaner and mop. This unit goes around and maps your whole house to clean.

We were very hopeful on this particular Roomba and were even ok with changing out the mop pad. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected and in the end returned it. I'll quickly list out some pros and cons: Pro: - Only while the filter is new, it cleans ok Cons: - As the filter starts to get used up, it does sub-par if that on carpets. - Filter is not washable (like some other robots) and can become an expensive consumable - Mopping is useless. It just mops in streaks and doesn't even mop the full pad width - Navigation is horrendous. It constantly gets confused and misses sections or rooms or even entire rooms - App is very simple but very buggy. (reached out to support without resolution -iRobot support is "ok". While they are kind, they seem short handed as they take a few weeks to respond or just don't respond - Obstacle image capture is also useless. It thinks a hair that got stuck on it is a wire and it constantly asks to review the same object day after day, week after week Unfortunately I would not recommend as it takes more time to maintain the robot then the benefit you get back from saving any time. Hopefully if Amazon finishes their acquisition, they will put them on a better roadmap.

Does everything as it said it would and more. Going to but a second one.

Never worked. Will not dock properly, will not self evacuate, auto refill will not work. When trying to dock, evacuation starts too soon and all the dirt is blown in the dock (I had the robot for 6 days, bag in docking station is immaculate). Most of the app functions are missing. Did multiple factory reset. After 3 hours of running, my 800 square feet is still not been clean (but it's mapped): for 6 days. Roomba tech support has been helpless only contacted me via email. It's got to be a defective unit but at that price point, I expect more: especially from tech support (I just get emails with FAQ).My 5 years old budget robot vacuum works better. Will return ASAP. None of the touted app bells and whistles are present (they disappear when unit malfunctions)

Amazing product! Keeps my floors clean. Gets better the more it cleans.

This is the second time I purchase this vacuum/mop combo and the mopping part has stopped working again. We returned in the first time thinking it was defected but now I think it’s just the model. It has also stopped vacuuming properly and I clean it out everyday. The older version works better but can no longer find the model we had.

If I could return this and never buy another product of Roomba's again, I would. This thing has been replaced 3 times now by warranty and it's not even been 6 months since I got it. It consistently has issues with either the tank leaking water, the unit itself leaking water while cleaning then self destructing. Docking issues, and all sorts of things too long to list. The concept is nice but the entire thing falls short. It defeats the purpose and price tag it asks for. My other Roomba that just vaccums has no issues.

Irobot never disappointed. Irobot vacuums and mop like no other.

Does awesome job. A little aggressive but love it.

Not worth the price. The convenience it gives is ruined by having to fight with it every day to get it to clean. It regularly ends a job early and/or skips large sections of the designated areas (giving no errors as to why) forcing you to re-run jobs multiple times just to get it to clean what it is suppose to clean. When mopping only part of the pad gets wet leaving streaks of uncleaned floor. It will stop right in front of the dock and say it can't locate it. I would return it if I could.

Lot of issues if the internet service is not available, it can't handle lot of dust.

Still undecided on the overall rating I would give this product as it has only been out a few months
