She got stuck under a chair, she lost communication, she git the mop stuck under something. We mark areas off limits abd shes goes in there anyway. We set a routine to vacuum ONLY the kitchen and we find her on the opposite end of the house in the office.

Way quiter, better vacuuming, and better mapping. The mopping feature still has room for improvement but a nice feature.

I have 3 children and one is a quadriplegic, so having 2 less chores has saved my life! I don’t vacuum or mop anymore! My rooms does it for me! LOVE!!

On contacting support, they recommended several irrelevant troubleshooting steps. I sent them a picture of the missing contact and now they want several more irrelevant photos of the brushes, cleaning heads, caster wheel, etc.

Stay away!! $1300 piece of junk!

The first one we bought was replaced due to it not ever completing a vacuum. The replacement works a little better but we’re constantly getting error messages and the mop will never refill on its own therefore the only time it mops is when we manually fill it. Customer service is not responsive at all. This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made!
