My $150 roomba worked better. I bought this so I didn’t have to mess with it except the once or twice a month it needs emptied. It needs attention every time it runs. It never charges correctly and I have to clean the chargers every time it runs. Then it is never charged when I need it. My old roomba also swept better. I will never buy another roomba product. My original roomba stopped charging because of connection errors as well. I wish I would have spent the money on a real sweeper and mop because this was an insanely expensive waste of money.

Honestly this has been a disappointing machine. I decided to upgrade my S9+ for a J9+ Combo but we had so many problems. The first one we got wouldn’t detect it needed water, the second one has a lot of trouble docking on the base and often cannot recognize it’s base in the app. I would recommend a different brand.

It does not warn when it is out of charging position.

It does the job well but it also gets stuck at some places.

Every day its a new error. She got stuck under a chair, she lost communication, she git the mop stuck under something. We mark areas off limits abd shes goes in there anyway. We set a routine to vacuum ONLY the kitchen and we find her on the opposite end of the house in the office.

Works okay for about 6 months and the. Is unreliable to dock properly and the mopping is streaky.

I have had a few generations of the rumba and this one is the best thus far. Way quiter, better vacuuming, and better mapping. The mopping feature still has room for improvement but a nice feature.

Dude this thing has actually stripped 8-10 hours of work a week minimum from my life its actually insane.

Love! I wake up to a clean home. I have 3 children and one is a quadriplegic, so having 2 less chores has saved my life! I don’t vacuum or mop anymore! My rooms does it for me! LOVE!!

The device broke and I replaced it. It was my 3rd vacuum cleaner.

Don’t waste your money! This iRobot is awful! The first one we bought was replaced due to it not ever completing a vacuum. The replacement works a little better but we’re constantly getting error messages and the mop will never refill on its own therefore the only time it mops is when we manually fill it. Customer service is not responsive at all. This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made!

Pleasantly surprised. It does a very good job at keeping a variety of floors clean, including carpets, hardwood, and rugs. The mop function is a must and works very well.

I’ve had this for about 1 year and the charging contacts broke. On contacting support, they recommended several irrelevant troubleshooting steps. I sent them a picture of the missing contact and now they want several more irrelevant photos of the brushes, cleaning heads, caster wheel, etc.

This iRobot is great. It cleans really good and has a long battery life. I love my old one which I’m now using upstairs now, but this one is definitely an improvement.
