Too pricey for the job it does. I still have to broom or vacuum after because it doesnt pick everything up.

Stop clean 3 month after I bought. Very bad experience. I can’t return now bcs the time expired, but I can’t believe that works just 3 months.

Worked great for a few weeks now it doesn’t complete a job without an error or issue

Had this product for about a month. Had to return it back because the vacuum does not come off the base straight. It does a U turn and reports its on a cliff. Nobody at best buy honolulu tell you to just bring back product for an exchange. They also do not off curbside for that transaction. This was no faulty of me and best buy honolulu makes you jump through hoops.

It’s okay, but it has technical issue connecting to my wife. I have to constantly press the product to make it move or do anything

I don't know why, but it just doesn't seem to work. Very unreliable.

Best thing we've purchased for our home! Maps the floor, can pick an area to clean if needed, but we set it to run everyday in the morning while at work, come home to a clean house!

I ate a burger today it was really good but then it fell on floor then roomba ate rest so we shared ans he cleaned up after himself

It gets stuck pretty often and I follow the instructions and it's not working at all, so frustrating and dissapointing.

Worked great the first 5-6 times, then couldn’t get it to start job no mater what i did. Ended up having to reset to factory settings and reload app. That only worked for one vacuum job. The next ime i went to start it it wouldn’t work at all. Only thing it will do is empty to the bin. Won’t engage vacuum at all. Tried resetting it again and no change. Bought in Janruary 2021. Very unhappy.

Great use for floors. Does ok on carpet. Don’t pick up and move when it’s in use .. you have to reboot

Had to return it. It is not 5G compatible. Never got it to work in my home

Poor performance. Robot never finishes a job. Called iRobot and got a replacement which is having the same issues

Does the job, but unless you like spending constant money on maintenance and bags that last two days… don’t buy it.

It did a pretty good job for the first couple months. But.......If you have girls in the house this probably isnt for you. There are four in my house and this thing constantly stops and alerts us to clear the main brushes. Hair gets wrapped up on every moving part which I expect. Its a vacuum. I've taken it completely apart to remove all the hair and debris and within five minutes its throwing another alert. We wish we could return it.

Don't buy this item. So many bugs, Does not clean the entire house. Only consider 20 to 30 sqrft near its station and keep rotating that area only. Most of time stops suddenly with flashing red light. Does not tell at all from the app that what exactly is the issue. I have to restart it daily 4 to 5 times to keep it working

Dont pick up dog hair on carpets, leaves a trail of hair but easy to pick up by hand or use regular vacuum.

great value for the money does everything we expect it to do . GFood on dog hair and emtys itself as needed

it should have toothbrushes and this one came with one. The last one I bought came with one as well. It doesn’t work with one rush. It’s not efficient and I took it back to have a service and they jumped it out so there’s something wrong with this model.
